I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

We had an amazing experience at Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful in obtaining our luggage that was lost by the airline. The staff also made every effort to make sure our other needs were met. For example when we first arrived I had told Aysima that I was suffering from jet lag. She had the hotel bar make me a drink that was known to help with that. It was delicious. Also she had the hotel provide breakfast to go for our family when we had a very early morning flight to catch. The hotel staff provided a very large platter of fruit in the room the night before our flight. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. They always seemed to be smiling. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea provided in the rooms.Our whole family was very impressed with this hotel and with the people. We would definitely like to stay there again in the near future.

There is a very steep slope up at the front desk of this hotel, and the car is blocked as soon as it is more. It is rare to turn on a TV set and have programs in various languages. The hotel breakfast buffet is OK, but it is too wasteful for me, basically milk and fruit.

When I entered the hotel and settled down, he had no friends who had to accompany my room. I thought they did something similar because of the epidemic. Every time I call the reception, a friend named Mahmut answers and slaps me on the face (please teach the friend how to turn off the phone). Why is this so? They told me that a political band came to me, so my working friends could not catch up. They cannot provide a clear explanation for the rusty water flow. Working in a five-star hotel in the city center is not a job. Is it necessary to take the team seriously? Or should I say that I am a bureaucratic kid? Rooms were really sub standard. Told them for three days aur con not working, but insisted it was when thermostat read 26 degrees. Tatty furnishings, poor breakfast and closed many services due to low number of guests (I wonder why?). Had a leak from bath with water all over the floor. Refused to give me another room, as wanted to fix the problem and leave me in same room. Manager was completely arrogant and unwilling to prioritise guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

I went to Ankara Büyükhanlı park swimming pool at 11 a.m. on Wednesday (August 3rd). After us, a family with three children entered two children. The children jumped into the pool as soon as they came. There were almost 10 children, and they almost never swim all day because they were always jumping out and out and jumping again. All children who saw this situation began to do the same thing. We waited with patience until 12:53, unfortunately, he didn't give up, he didn't leave the pool and they were not warned by any official. If they were to stay a short time, if we were to start swimming, it was fun for them to come back and jump to our top. I warned the poolman Abdullah Bey twice. The last night we said we go into the pool with my sister when nobody was there. 3 children began to jump to the top of my sister who learned to swim again and again. He was panicing twice because they jumped out of the top, and I went to him and took him out of the pool. • Pool is not aqua park but it is free to jump bombing over the swimming pools because they hide the warning summer so that I finally found long searches. • Abdullah is whoever gives a shot close to him and the problems don't care. • Today, the group of Russian customers never searched the children, they were handed up with the bide and jumped to the pool, and they were wonderful and began to sleep in the children. •Aaa aaa has members from the embassy, they never seek them. They are enough to put water on your face with a gun. • When he enters the pool, he seizes your nuff box and throws it into an open box on the table. He takes your identity as a hostage all day without any importance and privacy, and I should not be surprised if he takes credit to you tomorrow. Where is such an application? • Pool water doesn't look deep from dirt and disgust. • Men who come to you with 5-6 but are a pool, never miss you. • The rules bring the right, the flow is going. from September to the end of November I stayed at the Cassiel Hotel. The room including the bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Extra big compliment for the receptionist Irem she is very service oriented and helpful. Staff work together in a nice way and made an impression on me like one big family. Since I am a fussy eater I could ask every day to make food to my taste. Pleasant conversations and I saw that many visitors also had a good time. The hotel is recommended for people who travel alone, for business people and especially for families who are passing through. My next visit in Ankara I will definitely choose Cassiel Hotel.
