This is the largest hotel in the area of this trip, similar to the business hotel in China. The hotel is five or six minutes walk from a subway exit of the Ankara Metro A1 line, and six or seven hundred meters walk from the business district. There is a park next to it. The price is also reasonable, equivalent to 300 yuan. If you are familiar with Baidu map and Google navigation, follow the voice prompt to take the bus to the Turkish founding father Ling and Kukatpi Mosque, not far away, and it is a ten-minute walk from the Ankara Ethnology Museum. The hotel staff is polite, the breakfast is not rich, enough to eat. Sleeping at night is quiet. I stayed for two nights and found that I was staying in front, and I used a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel in the shower room. I didn't clean up. I don't know why.

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The location is amazing,very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple,however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. In 8.10 nobody opened the door, then a man went out, said he was here only resting, the administration is not yet, but soon should come. Waited for 15 minutes came the girl, began the settlement. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

We stayed for a trip on November 19, no one showed our room (bellboy services but not functional) was still cleaning on the entrance of the room. The sounds were very bad in the side room. Now, my dear, you can comment on whatever is said in the room. The room was not the city, the glass-glass building was outlooked, the towels were broken, the coffee was given broken, the shower was always shut down, as if we were taking a shower in the bathroom, I don't think I would come again, with public transport, very far from the center, I couldn't be so crazy if I came with my own car. I saw it in the pasture when I lifted the cover of the Ottoman sweat servicing at the reception after breakfast, which made me think about the backplan of the breakfast we had eaten. I suggest you stay short.

The environment is very good, but the specific breakfast is too few, not suitable for the Chinese stomach. Overall it is full. The guy at the front desk is too enthusiastic, rushing to his wink, and very caring service, giving him full marks! (The location is very close to the National Father's Mausoleum, only 10 lire for taxi)
