Maybe its a cultural thing but we found reception staff were very miserable, no smile, no welcome, just give me your passport, stand there and dont speak. The standout memories of the room were heat, the room was 25 degrees and no matter what you set the thermostat to it would not get any cooler and this was the same for my colleagues room. It was freezing outside so i hate to think how hot it could be in the summer. The room was very clean and modern, excellent bathroom and good mini bar. I found the bed very hard, my colleague felt it was fine. Breakfast was included in the room and was very good. Note this is a Turkish hotel and alcohol is banned on the property so way want to consider one of the bigger chains closer to town if you want to have a drink.

Öncelikle otel çalışanlarının iletişim dersi almaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Hayatımda bu kadar patavatsız bir otel çalışanı ile denk gelmemiştim. 28 ülke 100 den fazla şehir gördüm. Yüzlerce otelde bulundum hiç birinde bu denli hadsizlikle karşılaşmadım. Güney Afrika da bile uygun bir hitap dili vardı.
Aynı gün içerisinde konaklama yapmadan çıkış yaptım. Yaptıkları terbiyesizliği siz düşünün.
En kötü otel deneyimlerimden birisiydi. Konu ile alakalı tatil sürem bitikten sonra gerekli tüm kuruluşlara bu konu ile alakalı şikayet dilekçemi ileteceğimi belirtmek isterim.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konforu, yemekleri, ilgili ve güler yüzlü personeli ile çok kaliteli bir otel. Otel bulunduğu konum itibarıyla çok sakin ve nezih bir yerde. Ankara’nın her yerine çok rahat bir şekilde ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin temizliği ayrıca takdir edilecek bir durum. 👏

geweldig hotel. personeel is erg goed. zeer schoon en familiehotel. Kom zeker hier in Ankara. Ailece geldik ve cok memnun kaldik. Fiyat kalite orani cok yuksek mutlaka sizlerede tafsiye ederiz. Personel temizlik ve konum olarak cok iyi.
