No air conditioning... Didn't even need a blanket all night. The breakfast was great, and the location is ideal, with a shopping mall nearby and bars at night. The hotel environment is clean!

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a large shopping mall just 300m away on foot, and a subway station 600m away, making dining and getting around very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, plus the breakfast was rich and varied.

We stayed here again because we had a pleasant experience during our previous visit. However, in the room we were given, there was feces on the rim of the toilet seat. When we reported it, they transferred us to another room. We settled in there, but in that room, the shower drain was clogged. This time, they offered us the option to use another room for showering or to switch rooms again. Since we had already unpacked and our child was asleep, we ended up showering in a different room. Experiencing such issues in two separate rooms is unacceptable for a hotel of this quality.

The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

Booking a stay at [Hotel Name] through Ctrip this time was absolutely fantastic, it definitely deserves a full five-star rating! First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.

The services are very good, especially Anil is the best!! Cemil is also very good!!!
