I stayed in this hotel in March 2023. I had some official procedures done in Social Security Institution and stayed here for a single night. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast staff could have been more polite when a question was asked to them. I had also lunch in my room, it was fine.

I went to Ankara to have my official transactions done. The hotel is close to public institutions in Kızılay. Also, it is close to Jolly Joker Ankara, If Performance Hall and Dost Bookstore. So if you want to listen live music, purchase new magazines or books or order a meal in Karanfil Street, it is a good choice. Breakfast staff should behave the guests more polite by the way.

I stayed for one night because I had official procedures in Ankara. In general, it is quiet and hygiene is good. The staff who served breakfast in the morning were sullen and rude. Apart from this, you can choose it with a peace of mind as it is within walking distance to many official institutions.

The hotel room was a bit dusty but it was very silent, this is a rare condition in Turkish hotels, so it's very precious. Reception staff and concierge staff were very polite but when I had breakfast in the morning, I didn't like the response of the staff. He was rude and was talking like he was giving me order. Hotel management must warn him to be more polite to the customers. I have given money to stay in your hotel and don't deserve a behaviour like this. The hotel is in a central location and close to the some public institutions. If you have official works like me, you can stay there.
