Worst experience ever! No air conditioning, dirty and narrow room, continuous and annoying noises in the background during the night… Never again! Very disappointing behaviour by the receptionist, who barely attended us! No words……..

Pros: Lovely hotel Lobby decorated nicely, great interior design Friendly and welcoming staff Nice rooms with toiletries provided Good location, easy to get taxis (Uber or there is a taxi station about 5mins walk, also you can hail taxis) Good communication, staff tried to communicate in English where possible but Google translate also helped Lovely breakfast, good variety Great spa facilities- jacuzzi, steam and sauna free to use. I also had a Turkish scrub and Bali massage for 550TL, bargain!! Gym seemed decently equipped although I didn’t use it Indoor lounge facilities if you want to chill away from your room Free wifi, although the signal sometimes dropped but it was very decent Cons: Rooms were a bit worn out in places (my shower door was a bit broken as was the cupboard but these were not deal breakers) Jacuzzi wasn’t working for the 5 days we were there Pool temperature was quite cold but manageable once you get over the initial shock

The hotel was very nice, everything was clean there were great amenities and the little courtesy things were great. The buffet was very good and complete and the staff was great. The only thing was that the dental kit given was used. The plastic bag in which the toothbrush was put had water inside it and the toothpaste was open and used since it didnt have the metal protection cap

Fabulous hotel with most comfy n luxurious standard rooms. Given a choice of FOUR pillows. Good location near to student area. Good breakfasts and pleasant service both at reception and in the restaurant.

Part of a travel package, a good hotel, quiet and clean. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style, so vegetarians can enjoy them too. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful and on the top floor, where you can step out onto the terrace and get a beautiful view of Ankara from above. The dinner restaurant on the third floor is standard. I only discovered at checkout that there's a pub near the reception.

The hotel is well located and clearly once a grand hotel. The facilities are spacious, but many are unused. The pool was under renovation. Dinner was average, breakfast better, with several options. The rooms were comfortable and sufficient for our one-night stay.

Simply INCREDIBLE. It's a GREAT HOTEL you'll always want to return to. I especially request this hotel for our group getaways. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very tidy. The general spaces are very stately, well-maintained, practical, and comfortable. The dining rooms and restaurants are impeccable, with a variety typical of a hotel of this category. The spa is excellent. Nothing else to add, just go. And to add to the benefits, it's 300 meters from the city's most important shopping area. I hope we'll be able to stay at this hotel again on our group getaway in May 2025.

It's a shame we only stayed one night. This is truly a remarkable hotel. Elegant, refined, with spacious bedrooms equipped with every comfort. Complimentary toiletries include a shower gel and delicately scented shampoo. The dinner buffet is lavish and caters to every taste. Breakfast is equally exquisite. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. A very large room with a king-size bed and a sitting area. A wonderful, complete bathroom kit. A stunning terrace with a beautiful view of Ankara, which surrounds the restaurant, which is located on the top floor. I had dinner one evening, and everything was delicious, and breakfast was equally good. Wonderful hotel, but it's a shame I only stayed for one night.

Antalya’dan iş seyahati için geldim, aslen Ankarada doğdum büyüdüm. Yani buralı olup da uzun zaman sonra geldiğimde hayal kırıklığına uğradığım için üzgünüm. Otel günlük kullanımla sorgusuz sualsiz adamlara kadınlara konaklama veriyor. Sigara içme alanı sordum odada içilmiyor dedi, yer sordum girişte dedi yani yanda on metre dibinde “night club” var, önünde kadınlar adamlar, sokaktan geçen tipleri söylemiyorum bile, oda hariç kullanılabilir alanı yok! Tabi gece boyu içen değişik tiplerin kavga sesiyle odalarda günlük kalan tiplerin kavga gürültü ve nahoş seslerini söylemiyorum bile!! Kendi memleketime saygımın bitişiydi bu konaklama benim için. Odalar şık görünse de temizlikten bi haber, günlük kullanım için bazı tiplere uygun ama kesinlikle kesinlikle aile, kadın, kardeş vs uygun değil!!!!

Saat 16:00 da gelmisiz oda henuz hazir degil. Saat 20:00 da tekrar ugradik cok berbat bir oda verdiler lavabo calismiyor.Resepsoyonda gorduyum muamele 1 yildizli oteldeki gibi.Sanki adamin kapisina ekmek icin geldim.Hic tavsiye etmem bu oteli.
