I didn't want to give it 1 point because of its caring staff and delicious breakfast, but it is a hotel with serious problems in terms of management... We literally froze everywhere in the hotel except the rooms... We had to sit in the lobby in the evening and while having breakfast in the morning with our coats on. Again, the pool water is too much for a normal person to swim in. It was cold... I don't even want to talk about the fact that the bathrobes in the room were torn and one of the elevators was broken, but in summary I will say that if you are looking for a hotel that is at least as cold as Ankara, you can definitely choose this place!!!

The sheets in the rooms are very dirty and stained. Cleanliness is zero. And not even a pair of slippers. The lamps are partially lit. Staff ***meat was dull. It doesn't deserve the price at all. There are no non-smoking rooms either. Groups were drinking in all of them. The answer is in the bomb. What a pity!
