Unpleasant Stay – Poor Service & Hygiene Concerns I had a disappointing experience at Lords Plaza Ankleshwar. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy when I was unwell, refusing to accommodate my request for in-room dining and insisting I attend the buffet instead. Additionally, I was shocked to find a dead bat in my room, which raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards. Such incidents are unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve both service and sanitation. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking comfort and good service.

Yesterday was my daughter's birthday. We had her Birthday party at Lord's Plaza Hotel. The facilities and food were amazing. The staff was very helpful. The service was great. Everything was clean and hygenic. we had a lot of fun we will be there again.

It’s good place to stay the food is delicious and buffet has also so much of varieties the employee are cooperative and helpful the atmosphere is very helpful the rooms are neat and clean the minibar place has also so much of variety i love the stay place

We came on a business trip from Russia and stayed at Lord Plaza. The hotel rooms are old, the furniture is too. But you can stay. I would like to separately mention the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff. Many thanks to the restaurant administrator and the waitresses. Also the reception staff helped to solve all the issues, especially Varan.
