At check-in, I upgraded the high-floor double bed room for $25. The room layout is very interesting and the view is good. The hotel as a whole is old, but the maintenance and cleaning are done well. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from business district, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue business district.

The location and everything are pretty good, the room is very, very quiet, the bathroom is quite commendable, the service staff are kind and enthusiastic, and feel good
