AC Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown

A new hotel. Super clean. Good location, close to downtown shops.

Excellent breakfast! Had Cazuela (cooked in a small clay pot)with seasoned tomatoes, tender ham, melty manchego cheese, topped with a soft fried egg that I dipped with a slice of sourdough toast— so, so good! My husband the bacon-n-eggs eater loved Cazuela! Thanks to the server who suggested and helped me with the spelling, and Hector the chef—started our day off right! Here’s to more AC Hotel stays in our future!

While the hotel is chic, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice, staying here is a disappointing experience. It advertises that it has two restaurants but the truth is it has no restaurant. They serve breakfast in the morning and other than that there’s no restaurant or room service. The rooms don’t have a closet. They do not offer any creams or other amenities in the bathroom. There is no makeup mirror. There are no robes. I do think that they’re adding a few more perks and what we have come to expect at other hotels will make a difference. Bare bones is really not a good look for a hotel room. I wish them the best and hope that they grow to Appeal to more consumers that are not college aged.

This hotel was wonderful. Our stay was perfect. Tracey at reception was absolutely fantastic.

Amazing cocktail bar with experienced and unique bartenders. Food is not typical hotel bar food. Hummus made in house and shrimp toast beautiful presentation.

Fantastic hotel ! Excellent location, superb service - literally everyone we encountered from front desk (Thank you Tracey!), to car attendants, bar tenders , and food service were so engaging and couldn’t do enough to make our stay remarkable!

Over all it was decent which is what you expect by a fairly new hotel. My biggest issue was the toilet clogged and although they cleared the clog, they didn’t clean it after. So when I came back to my rooms m at night it was disgustingly dirty. Come on AC, do better.
