It was a nice experience

Very bad experience as the staff is not customer oriented. Just follow the rules rather than listening to customers. No passion and snails on staff face, not professional hospitality. The staff didn’t give any guideline of the benefit during stay. Terrible corridors with dirty carts all around. Not recommended at all even the building is beautiful but staff can’t give good experience at all!

20 mins walk from the old town passing by the beautiful lake side where people play, swim, fish and do boating activities. The hotel is a fine resort located in front of the lake giving a superb view of the area if your room is facing the lake itself. Good service standards provided by the hotel including valet parking which is very convenient. A very relaxing and upmarket hotel more than 4* standards.

Excellent location and great service. We had a lakeview room which presented superb views of the mountain and the lake.

Great friendly service and a quiet room with an amazing view over the park and lake. A 20 minute walk to the old town. The spa is popular so be sure to reserve your space during a quiet time. We will be back!

Perfect

The hotel is in a great location, and the terrace room I booked had a fantastic view! It's about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Annecy town, passing by the lake, one of Annecy's most picturesque areas. The hotel also has a hot spring and sauna, perfect for soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the lake view. The breakfast was also very good, and there's even a casino.

The best hotel in Annecy, with lake views right outside the window. The suite has four balconies, and it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the view. It's very quiet, and it's also very convenient to walk to the lake below for a swim.

The rooms are clean and tidy, though slightly small with smaller windows. The price is a bit high, but the value for money is average. Overall, it's a good choice for a vacation.

This historic hotel is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The scenery is breathtaking. From the check-in desk and concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very friendly. The hotel provided complimentary mineral water and cake and chocolates on the first day. Housekeeping was excellent. This premium room has a circular window on the top floor.

The hotel is located on the lakeside, with a beautiful setting. The small garden near the lake is very thoughtfully designed. Although it is small, the variety of flowers and plants is very suitable for taking photos. Not far from the hotel is a public beach with a shallow water area for children to play.
