Great hotel! I was very impressed with my stay here. It was clean and the staff were very lovely. It's close to tourist attractions and many restaurants in the area.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. We arrived two hours early and were greeted at reception by a very pleasant woman, Svetlana, who checked us in right away and explained all the rules. The room was sunny and clean, with a beautiful view from the windows, which was also a plus. The room was well-equipped, including a capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a stovetop, and a microwave. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Annecy and highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel apartment is located in the old town. Mr. Philippe at the front desk was very friendly and showed me how to retrieve my card from the machine at the entrance if I forgot it at night. 👍👍👍

It's very close to the train station, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. However, please note that there are no staff on duty after 6 PM.

It should not be considered a hotel, but more like an apartment, with the facilities also similar to those of an apartment (except for the laundry and drying facilities which are paid for and shared). The room is really small, and the bathroom is also very small, suitable for a single person (there is not much space for a suitcase). There are not many things in the room, no toothbrush or slippers. But the hygiene seems not very careful. . . The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. . . The breakfast options are very limited and not as rich as the hotel photos show. . . But the location is really good, it's very convenient to go everywhere.
