I stayed here with my elderly family members. The hotel's location is a bit remote, requiring a somewhat long walk up a mountain road to reach it. The breakfast was pretty average, and the facilities were a bit old, but the hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. It was also clean. The private hot spring in the room was great. The complimentary forest hot spring ticket offered an okay experience, but the environment there was lovely.

As a returning guest, I can attest to the tranquil environment – it's truly the perfect escape from the city. The staff, at every touchpoint, provide exceptional service. The outdoor hot springs have very clean water, and the private onsen in the room is both secluded and comfortable.

The hot springs were fantastic, especially the private pool in the room – clear, warm, and incredibly relaxing. We arrived in the evening, and some of the public pools were a bit dirty, but there were hardly any people, so we basically had a pool to ourselves, which was very comfortable.

The room is spacious, and the environment is quiet and serene. Located on a hill, the air is fresh, surrounded by lush green trees and bamboos, with a subtle scent of plants – perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's also close to the hot spring pools, making it great for families with kids.

Filthy and disgusting. The toilet wouldn't flush, the hairdryer was broken, and the private hot spring tub only ran intermittently until someone came to fix it. The restaurant was incredibly dirty. The housekeeping staff were unhelpful and had a terrible attitude – I asked for a plastic bag and got a cloth one. They never came to fix the toilet as requested. The room reeked of mold and urine. The kitchen faucet was just for show, and there was only one faucet for four people. The kettle was full of limescale. The air conditioning was freezing**, and I caught a cold after getting out of the private hot spring. This experience for 1200 a room – everyone, avoid it! The hot spring center was like a sardine can; you couldn't even get in!

Traveling with seniors, the one-time hot spring bath policy in the room was a bit disappointing. Many other hotels just require you to use a card to fill the tub. The water quality was good, and the public areas were decent. It was crowded during the holiday.

The room was extra quiet just as I requested, which I really appreciated. The only downside was getting bitten by mosquitoes on the second night, which was a bit annoying. The food and activities were great, and I'll definitely come back next time. The room has a private hot spring, which is very secluded. There's also a large outdoor playground, various hot spring pools, and a sauna, all of which are fantastic!

Don't want to leave Yunnan this summer! When the kids were young, we always chose Jinfang, and now that my parents are older, Jinfang is still our first choice. Everything was fantastic! The outdoor hot springs offer unlimited access, and even on checkout day, your key card sleeve grants entry – it feels like endless refills, such a treat! My son, who is growing up, even joined me for tea on the tatami mat. The wild mushroom claypot rice at the restaurant was authentic and delicious; the 'crossing-the-bridge' noodles were also excellent. The chicken broth had no MSG – it tasted a bit plain while eating, but afterward, I wasn't thirsty at all, which really made it memorable. The breakfast buffet was faultless, especially since I love European-style comics, but also can't do without rice noodles. I had to have both the mini desserts and the rice rolls!

The room is a bit old, but well-maintained. The room with the hot tub is very convenient, but you can only fill it once; an extra fill costs 100 RMB. The kids loved it, and we'll definitely be back.

This is a great place for families with kids! It's clean and hygienic, and the restaurant food is delicious and not expensive. I feel it's very good value for money, making it easy to enjoy time with the little ones.
