Hot Spring Valley Hotel

The room is clean and there is not much to do. The hot springs only open at two o'clock in the afternoon, while other hotels open the hot spring pools from 8 to 10 in the morning. Check in at night. The weather is cold in autumn, so no one goes to bathe at night. Moreover, the bathing pool is far away from the accommodation. A long way away, the service attitude was average and I didn't feel warm. I stayed for one night and wanted to go shopping around. I extended my stay the next day. Since I didn't have a room, I changed to another hotel. I checked in at ten in the morning and could soak in the hot springs. Advantages It's probably a lake view room.

I took my family with me during the National Day. The hotel is clean and the most important thing is the good service. We couldn't find the hotel reception so we called to ask. They were very patient! The hot spring pools are also very clean, except that some of the pools may not have water because there are not many people. Overall, they are very good. I will go there again during the holidays!

The hot spring experience is great. There are lights when I go there at night. It’s nice to take pictures. The rooms are clean and have a pool. It’s very convenient for the elderly to take a hot spring bath in the room. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The room is indeed as mentioned in the reviews, it is very small, and in the room we stayed in, the two jacks on the bedside were out of power, the landline phone was a decoration, there were no toiletries, and there were nail shells under the pillow. I don’t know if the room rate of 290 is correct. I was assigned the worst room. There was carpet in the corridor. There was a big smell. There were only a few swimming pools open. The experience was really bad.

Bad review place 1. The hair dryer in the accommodation is very old-fashioned. After blowing it for a while, you have to let it rest for about 10 minutes before using it again. 2. The accommodation, bath towels and towels are all torn and still in use. 3. The accommodation does not even have bathrobes. 4. The hot springs and bathrobes are also torn. 5. From Buildings A5 and A6 to the hot springs, you need to cross the road. Good points: relatively quiet, breakfast is okay.
