There are two key points: ① The decoration odor and formaldehyde seriously exceeding the standard on the 7th and 8th floors of the hotel; ②A hotel manager named "Song Qin" kept telling lies and deceiving guests. ①First of all, before checking in, I went to the site and asked to see the superior king bed and the view king bed before checking in. The superior room type was "retro" decorated ten years ago, and there was no need to explain the musty smell, so I stayed on the 7th floor with a view. As shown in the picture. As a result, I felt dizzy and coughed while taking a nap (the same situation happened during the home decoration delivery period), so I opened the window and listened to the wedding dance music sound downstairs all night to fall asleep. It is recommended that people with family members and children do not stay in this room type; ② In order to make it convenient to charge the car in this hotel, an incident occurred. At four o'clock in the night, someone pulled a gun on the car when it was not fully charged. When I woke up at six o'clock, I found the front desk and the security room. They said they were monitored, but they had to take charge of the password. Manager Song Qin. On the phone, the manager first said that the location of the charging pile was a blind spot for surveillance - and then said that he needed a password, which he did not have - and then said that he would not go to work until eight o'clock, so he should call the police if he was in a hurry. After calling the police, the police contacted him and came over at 7 o'clock, and called up the visual surveillance. The encrypted surveillance said that he would add WeChat and send it back to me for processing. However, after waiting for two days, there was still no reply. So to sum up, this manager who prioritizes finding ways to fool guests when faced with problems hopes that the hotel will pay attention to it.

This is the biggest negative review I have ever received. There is no comfort at all. The hotel lets customers check in knowing that hot water cannot be provided. After returning from work, they enter the bathroom without knowing it and wait for a long time. There was no hot water, so I called the front desk and was told that the water pipe was broken. I asked about the specific hot water supply time. I kept saying that it would be available within an hour. I kept delaying until half past one in the night. You guys already knew that it would not be available. Supply, why do you keep us waiting? Because I was showered with cold water when I entered the shower room that night, I developed a fever that night! The next morning we didn't get married outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. I basically couldn't sleep. I never dared to book a hotel again! Service: No service

On April 30th, the hot water supply was stopped in the evening. It was said that the pipe was bursting. The hot water supply was stopped at 8 pm. We returned to the room at 9 pm to prepare for a shower. We took off our clothes and left them for 10 minutes but no hot water came out. Then we called The front desk only learned that the hot water supply was out of service. They neither informed nor provided any remedial measures before. After many passengers reported it, someone told them that the water supply would be shut down until 10 o'clock. However, we waited from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock and there was still no hot water. It is really speechless to say that supply is guaranteed at 3am...:

I stay in many hotels every year, and this time it is the most "personalized" hotel I have encountered in the past five years. As I walked in with my bag on my back, one person was sitting at the front desk playing with his mobile phone, and another person was writing invoices while following me. The guests were chatting, and I won’t name them here. The one in front of me was from which department in Huangshan City. I was using a business card to spend money and was related to the sister-in-law at the front desk. As shown in the picture, no one greeted me for six minutes. Later, I was told that the one who was playing on the mobile phone was in charge of the banquet? Not from your hotel? Then you might as well not open guest rooms and turn them into banquet halls instead. Apart from being close to the highway exit, I really can't find any advantages and won't stay here again.

The overall impression is not very good. There are too many places to complain. When I checked in, I emphasized twice that I wanted a non-smoking room, but there was actually a mahjong room. The carpet was full of cigarette butt burn marks, and there were paper towels under the mahjong table. , the cigarette box was not cleaned, very disgusting. There were still towels thrown in by the previous guests in the towel basket, and there was chewing gum in them. Sanitary conditions are worrisome. There is no water guide ***** under the glass door of the shower room, and after washing, the floor outside is covered with water. The door is not a heavy door that closes automatically, which is not very safe. Soundproofing is poor and conversations in the corridor are very clear. As for the highlights, the yogurt supply every evening is a small highlight, and the cleaning staff are also very good. The surrounding area is relatively desolate, there are almost no supporting facilities, and it is not very convenient.

The breakfast is good, the variety is very rich, there is a big park behind the hotel, it is good for a walk at night, the price is affordable, I will consider it next time

There are lotus flowers in the park. The flowers are huge and very beautiful. The park is beautifully renovated. However, there was a swelling between the hotel and the park. The hotel elevator was a sightseeing elevator, and it was stinking when I entered it. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. Small snacks were also given in the evening. When I checked out, I ran away in a hurry. Later, I saw that the bill had 3 yuan for miscellaneous expenses, which was a bit difficult to understand. I called to ask and said that a toilet mat was used, but we really didn't use it. Later, they checked and found it, and they figured out a way to return me 3 yuan, feeling that they are still very responsible.
