Facilities: The air conditioner was incredibly hot, not cooling at all. It even automatically shut off in the middle of the night, leaving me completely sleepless and constantly having to restart the AC. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was appalling. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a musty smell. Environment: The ambiance was even worse; it wasn't very good. Service: The front desk even asked for a deposit. I've stayed in so many hotels, and I've never seen one that charged a deposit. While they said they would refund it, it was very frustrating. Furthermore, most hotels charge a 100 yuan deposit, but this one charged 200.

It's very dirty. The room is so noisy that I can't rest. The sound insulation is poor. They installed the air conditioner outside the room next to my room. It's very noisy even if I don't turn on the air conditioner.

The room said it didn't come with a comb, which I've never seen before. The bathroom sink was also broken, and the whole attitude was very bad. There were also big cockroaches at night, which was very bad!

Everything else was fine except the mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying, and there was no mosquito repellent in the room.
