Anshun Yuemanzhi hot spring hotel

The hotel room decor was very comfortable, and the room itself was clean. All the staff, including the housekeeping team, had excellent service attitudes. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I won't bore you with a long list, but there are two particularly outrageous points: 1. The parking area leads directly into the guest rooms through a door! This is a serious security flaw, as anyone can just walk in. It's also noisy; if you're staying on the first floor, you'll hear people coming and going, laughing and chatting. 2. The most unbelievable thing was that at past 2 AM, while we were sleeping, the private hot spring next door started draining and continued for a long time. I'm not exaggerating, I was woken up by the noise! It's absolutely ridiculous! We were forced to call the front desk at over 2 AM to ask them to coordinate and see if they could stop making such noise so late. Ultimately, the root cause of this noise is the hotel's own operational issues!

The hotel stay was great! I loved the architectural style, built right over a small river, which gave it a really unique feel. The breakfast was also delicious, and they offer a good variety of room types, making it suitable for different travelers. Plus, the environment here is super quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep and a relaxing bath.

Seriously, this is the first time I've ever found an unidentified yellow liquid on the bedside table, and a condom bag on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. It was already past midnight, and I was exhausted when I discovered this. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, they didn't give me a reasonable explanation. I ended up moving my things to another room that night, and the new room felt very damp as soon as I entered. It wasn't until the next day that someone came to say that the room we stayed in before us had been booked for short-term stays and had been left very dirty. They couldn't even clean such an obvious place as the bedside table, leaving yellow liquid behind, and the condom bag on the floor was nowhere to be seen. They even said the housekeeping staff worked very hard and asked us not to leave a bad review. I wasn't planning on leaving a bad review, but on the day of our departure, the front desk insisted we leave a good one. I told them it wasn't convenient because I needed to take a taxi home, but they wasted my time, making us miss our taxi. They even said that if we left a good review, we'd get a 10% discount and a breakfast voucher next time. If their service was good and the room was clean, why wouldn't I leave a good review? They even tried to morally blackmail us by saying the housekeeping staff worked hard. Do we expect to stay in a dirty room after paying money? Isn't our money hard-earned money? In short, the room was unsanitary; the staff handling the issue used moral blackmail; the room was damp; the soundproofing was poor; and they pressured me to give a good review. I do not recommend it!!! Brothers and sisters who are considering staying here, be careful! Your rooms may also have some unidentified yellow liquid that hasn't been properly cleaned.

I was furious that the hotel didn't update me promptly, wasting an entire night. The public hot spring wasn't working, and the hotel didn't mention it on their platform. They only told me after I checked in. I had booked a hot spring for relaxation, but I didn't expect that. I could have stayed downtown. Also, upon entering the room, I discovered two different bottles of water; one had been opened. A very negative experience. On the plus side, the lobby was clean, snacks were available at the front desk, and the hotel was quiet.
