There were yellow stains on the bed sheets. Also, every time I called, an AI customer service agent answered first, and it wasn't very smart. The fruit at breakfast was a bit wilted, probably because it's the off-season. Overall, it's still very good. There's a Zunyi noodle shop downstairs that's particularly delicious and very affordable. We had the braised beef noodles and pickled pepper lamb noodles. The hygiene should also be up to par, as the owner's own children eat there too.

I think it's excellent value for money. The hotel facilities are very new and clean. The owner is very friendly and recommended many attractions (including various routes). The hotel is also very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk away. Dining options are also convenient, as the owner owns a restaurant. I'm very satisfied and will definitely book here again next time.

The hotel's overall location is quite close to Anshun West Station as the crow flies, which is very convenient for catching high-speed trains. However, the walking route from the high-speed rail station is a bit circuitous, making it a bit troublesome if you're carrying luggage. The hotel's facilities are standard, but some front desk staff weren't very familiar with the hotel's service procedures. When I asked if I could get a packed breakfast since I wouldn't have time to eat it there, I was told to ask the restaurant staff myself. While not a huge issue, their handling of the situation lacked a proactive coordination approach. Both their professionalism and service enthusiasm felt a bit lacking, which detracted from the overall experience. On a side note, I really don't recommend the Wenjiang restaurant next door – consider this a warning! The food service was very slow, and they even swapped dishes or secretly replaced items. Their business integrity is questionable. The high ratings on Dazhong Dianping seem highly inflated, likely from fake reviews, so I don't suggest dining there after checking in. See the instant noodles for 18 yuan? And the spinach? We ordered 'wild greens'.

The experience was pretty mediocre, and the service was particularly poor. Firstly, the front desk service was unclear. When I was checking in, the front desk told me to wait a few minutes for them to confirm the room status. When I came back a few minutes later, the previous staff member was gone and hadn't briefed their colleague. Secondly, after checking in, the front desk staff only said, 'The elevator is next to you.' Couldn't they at least tell me which floor the hotel rooms are on, and where and when breakfast is served? Is that too much to ask? Is it really that hard to provide this basic information? I'm not even talking about help with luggage or guiding me to my floor, but later when I was wandering in the lobby during the rain, I noticed they actually do offer that service, maybe just for members. Finally, in the 'naughty castle' (indoor playground) on the first floor lobby, the climbing net was broken. Normally, it's a grid of fabric straps that would only allow a foot to go through at most, but several spots in the middle were torn, meaning smaller children could fall right through. My three-year-old fell right through and hit the ground, crying immediately. I know parents are responsible for supervision, and I didn't check the facility beforehand, assuming that a hotel of this size would at least have safe facilities. But I still recommend that if they're going to have an indoor playground, they should thoroughly inspect it for any safety hazards! Lastly, the front desk efficiency was again poor. Before checking out, I left my license plate number at the front desk. They asked if we were coming back or leaving now. We replied we weren't coming back and were leaving now. They said they would register the license plate immediately. However, when we drove out, the barrier failed to recognize the car. We circled back, and it still failed. We eventually had to park in front of the hotel and communicate with the front desk again before the barrier finally recognized the car and lifted! Objectively, the executive lounge staff were very polite, the overall food was good, the location was also good, and the hygiene was acceptable. It was just the service that let everything down!

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel's efficient service perfectly meets my needs. From expedited check-in to the 24-hour business center, every step is seamless. The desks and chairs in the rooms are the perfect height, and the lighting is adjustable, making it comfortable even when working on documents late into the night. The subway station is right downstairs, and the high-speed rail station is only 15 minutes away, so catching an early train is no problem. Even more commendable is the soundproofing; even in rooms facing the street, it's exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a good night's rest. For business travelers, this is definitely the right choice.

Good location as the hotel is within walking distance to Anshun West High Speed Railway. There is a restaurant.next to the hotel and eateries around. Owner upgraded room with window view and fixed the faulty basin tap promptly. Hotel is clean and necessary amenities were provided. Enjoyed my stay during my trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall.

This time I stayed at the Yingbin Road Hotel of Anshun West Station, which was satisfactory in all aspects from facilities, environment, service to health. Facilities: The hotel is fully furnished and has free underground parking. 24-hour self-service laundry and drying are very suitable for travelers. The bedding in the room is soft, the latex neck pillow is comfortable, the equipment is well used, and the experience is good. Environment: Continue the warm Zen log style of the whole season, the overall quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to go to the West Station, the ancient city, and Huangguoshu. It is away from the hustle and bustle and can have a good rest. Service: The front desk staff is warm and courteous, the procedures are efficient, and they will take the initiative to share local food and play routes. The service is sincere and intimate. Hygienic: The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the corners are clean and tidy, and the public areas such as the lobby are also spotless, so you can live in peace of mind. Breakfast is special, holiday breakfast is delayed, business trips are suitable, cost-effective, will come again next time you come to Anshun

The room's bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, keeping it fresh and clean with no standing water, making for a very pleasant washing experience. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the room has excellent natural light and ventilation. Service response was prompt, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

The views from the window are absolutely stunning. Watching the clouds drift by is so therapeutic. The location is excellent – quiet, yet not far from the ancient city. It's newly opened with no formaldehyde smell, and the decor is grand and tasteful. The voice-controlled smart features are really convenient. There's even a quiet reading area on the ground floor, and surprisingly, free late-night snacks! The room was clean and tidy, with all amenities provided. The service was thoughtful, warm, patient, and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
