This is a nice new building with several rooms. All is new and clean, however, the location will not be comfortable for travellers without a car or if you’d like to have a quick swim in the sea as you will have to walk about 10 minutes to the beach. The staff could be more friendly. The -1 floor lacks privacy and safety (as anyone can access it from within the garden) and airflow.
The room was not provided with salt, oil, detergent and dishwashing detergent. The property seems overpriced.

Отличный отель, небольшой, уютный, чистый, всё как мы и хотели при планировании путешествия. Очень приветливый владелец отеля Лоран, лично встретил нас в 2 часа ночи и заселил в номер. До моря очень близко, идти минут 5-7, рядом находится все необходимое - кафе, рестораны, продуктовые магазинчики. Мы провели отличное время в данном отеле, вернёмся обязательно.

All from the rooms and the staff, everything was so good. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, safe, nice hotel with a market near. We used tohe swimming several times when we wake up in the morning, refreshing. The beach is near. They offer tours with transfer. I don't know what else i could ask for. Would definetly book the hotel if i ever go to Konyaalti/Antalya again. 6 stars out of 5

The property is exactly as described and matches the pictures exactly. We were very pleased. Extraordinary. This price, this equipment, modern pool and its area, room equipment were perfect for the apart hotel category. Full kitchen utensils, comfortable modern furnished room, friendly staff, constant communication via WhatsApp line were perfect. A clean, new hotel, 300 meters from the beach and close to markets. What more can be expected? Thanks for everything. I will come again, I strongly recommend you to use this place.

Cute & Compact
Nice Apartment. Small & compact, but has all the amenities that you would need. Only thing was the balcony view was very uninspiring looking at other apartment blocks, dusty rooftops, but other than that, close to beach, buses to get around town & near a few restaurants & lots of shops.
