Facilities: Brand new, very clean rooms with an Instagram-worthy aesthetic. Cleanliness: Excellent hygiene, no odors in the bathroom, and a beautiful balcony. Environment: The hotel environment is fantastic, featuring a glass-bottom skywalk and a swimming pool, all facing the Mediterranean Sea – absolutely stunning! Service: The service attitude was superb! They were very enthusiastic in helping us resolve issues, and Chinese guests even receive a hotel brochure in Chinese.

We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was a bit small, but the little balcony overlooked the sea, and the view was fantastic. The ocean was so clear and beautiful, it was really refreshing. As a honeymoon special, we received complimentary strawberries and a bottle of sparkling wine 🍾, which was a nice touch. The quality of the water provided was also good – two large glass bottles. The honeymoon package also included two services: first, a free cocktail for each of us at the bar, which was good. Second, a complimentary 20-minute massage for each person. However, booking this was incredibly difficult – we couldn't get an appointment at all, which was a really frustrating experience. Plus, the receptionist at the massage desk was noticeably unenthusiastic. The best part was definitely the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We could cycle along the coast, which was incredibly enjoyable – everyone was so envious!

The views were great, but the service and cleanliness were both really poor.
