The front desk service is very poor, the tone is full of hatred, and the words are very impatient. Don't book this hotel.

One day was greate but next day was bad because, My next door's neirbor was noise till 3 am.

There is no sova in lobby

An excellent hotel, a cozy room for one traveler, located in the very center of Antalya in its historical part. There are many cafes, restaurants and chain stores nearby. 500 meters to the sea. 50 meters to public tram transport that goes to the airport.

Avoid lightning strikes! Don't go, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people! Except for the good location, the rest of the sanitation and facilities are terrible. There was a power outage on the last day.

Very noisy, hotel next to the road. On which motorists tirelessly honk their horns and motorcyclists ride without jammers. The bathroom is something, it is impossible to go into it without getting your feet wet.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly.

I stay at Balbey whenever I visit Antalya. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The location is perfect and right next to the old city. The tram that goes berween the busstation and the airport is only 200 meters away. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. It has television, aircondition, kettle for making cofee or tea, refrigiator with bottles of water, hairdryer and you even get slippers. It isn't a luxery hotel, but it has got everything you need and you cant find anything better at this location and price. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but I give it 5 stars in its category.

This is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life！First, on the day of check-in, my husband helped me move my things to this hotel before he went to the airport, but the guy at the reception immediately asked me that my reservation is for one person, so why is this man doing here ？So I explained that my husband only helps me to carry my things, so he said he will move my things and my husband is not allowed to go inside. And before my husband left, he needed to use the toilet so I opend the door and let my husband go in for the bathroom, so the guy immediately came upstairs and asked my husband to leave with an angry face, and he just stood there and said, " what are you doing? " I felt like I was threatened and my life was in danger, because he stared at me like he is going to punch me. So my husband came out and defended for me, because we already explained that he is my husband, and he only used the toilet… Second, I know it is the peak season, so it is more expensive, but they didn't give me water … When I asked for water, the receptionist just asked me to go to the supermarket… Third, look at my pics! I am not lying, the things in this room are so broken and old … The faucet is broken, amd the room is not sound-proof, I can hear everyone 's footsteps ans dog's barking at midnight… And the worst part is Agoda is clearly bribed by this hotel, because they didn't lost my bad comment on the website … I contacted the customer service, they didn't give me direct answer … So i am pretty sure Agoda is helping this hotel to cover the bad comments … What kind of bad service this is … I hope trip advisor is not going to delete my comment …

Good side : - in city center but street traffic noise is minimal - Check-in and checkout available 24/7 - owner is nice Negative: - did not get the room we booked, because the room was full of smoke smell. And it was really bad. We had an eight month old baby with us so we could not stay there. Got downgraded for smaller room - Where are the blankets? Even when we asked for blankets, we got the same bed covers which were already in the room (it is cold Under them) - The bathroom smelled - The toilet was loose?! Like loose bolts and when you sit on it, it felt like it was going to fall over. - The floor was so dirty that we could not be in socks or barefoot in this room. My baby got so dirty from the crawling that we did not let her on the floor again after 5 min. Our feet looked like we had walked outside - You get what you pay for but in this case, the price was too high. I could stay here for a night or two but not with this price we payd - there was some mold in the bathroom Overall the room looked like it hadn't been finished with the construction. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the owner was nice and the location. Otherwise it would have been a 1.

Attentive staff, location close to everywhere, quality met our expectations for the price. I recommend a place where I can come again. They helped us in every way, they did not refuse us when we asked for cleaning, they helped us, thank you.
