Blue Garden Hotel

The hotel is near the beach which is a huge plus. However, I didn't know that the hotel doesn't have a hand held iron. I have traveled in many countries and this was the first for me. They can iron the clothes for you but it will cost you an arm and a leg. So make sure that you bring clothes that don't need ironing. I couldn't find a laundromat near by so I asked the front desk and I was told that they can wash and dry my clothes but it costs 10 dollars for one bag ( 5kg). I gave them a small duffle bag full with clothes to be cleaned and I was charged 40 dollars. Anywhere in USA it will cost about 10-20 dollars to get that done for you, but in Turkey where the net monthly family income is 900 dollars average, you pay 40 dollars to get a bag of clothes washed and dry, not ironed. Ironing was going to be extra so I didn't even ask. that is a scam. 2 out of 4 days that I stayed I had to dry with a hand towel because there were only 2 bath towels. there is room service daily. I was confused how the staff couldn't comprehend that if there are three beds in the room it means you have to place 3 bath towels. If you ask at the front desk they will bring you towels. They will give you beach towels daily if you ask. The breakfast was delicious. Good job! the kitchen staff was amazing. Room is small. Three beds, a TV, a closet, and a small fridge. It was enough for us though, since we went to the room only for sleep and spent most of our time outside exploring the area.

In terms of price performance, it is a very good hotel and spa. My second visit to the spa and Ms. Liya gives a perfect massage, she is very hardworking and loves her job. Thank you very much for your interest, we wish the toilets were cleaner when we come again.
