Delphin BE Grand Resort

In the 30+ years I’ve been travelling abroad Turkey is not somewhere I have ever fancied or even considered, however, when my wife booked this unbeknownst to me, I decided to approach it with an open mind. First of all the hotel is superb. My initial reaction was one of surprise, the lobby area is spectacular, modern, clean and frankly impressive. This extends to the outdoor areas with pools that cater for literally everyone. There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff. Even though it was busy we were always able to find a sun bed. Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control. The beach area was clean, pleasant and there were plenty of sun beds with a bar/cafe on the beach. There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really enjoyed. We were very lucky to have our room upgraded and it was superb! The cleaning staff were brilliant and the rooms were cleaned/bedding changed/minibar restocked daily. Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated. The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us. As I have already mentioned the hotel staff were brilliant! Always attentive, polite and helpful. The entertainment staff work really hard and the catering staff are absolutely phenomenal with their presentation of the food at meal times. Again, and I am being picky here for me the food was very “samey” I love meat and found what was on offer to be of poor quality although I think that may be more of a supply issue as opposed to the way it is prepared. Sausages are more like hot dogs/pepperoni as opposed to the real meat sausages that I like. There was no bacon or hash browns (Yes I am English) and although that doesn’t make or break the food situation I do appreciate it on occasion when I’m on holiday. If you like salad then this is definitely the place for you, absolutely phenomenal! I did usually manage to find enough to satisfy my appetite. There are always plain spaghetti, chips, chicken nuggets for picky kids like mine! The hotel itself is immaculate as are the grounds. If you are brave enough to venture out it is a very different experience. A

WHAT A PLACE Just returned from a weeks family holiday (10/10/2025 17/10/2025) at this hotel and words can’t describe how amazing this place really is. Our 3rd trip to Lara Beach and this hotel is out of this world. Plenty to do for kids & big kids alike, plenty to eat and your kids will never be bored here. I honestly have never seen a hotel like this. Place is absolutely immaculate, any spillages/ accidental dropped bottles etc are cleaned up within minutes of it happening. The staff at the hotel deserve big compliments also as they can’t do enough for you. All drinks and snacks are branded, there is certainly no expenses spared here. If you book this hotel I thoroughly rec comes going to the Steak House a la carte restaurant, it’s a €50 per adult charge but definitely worth it. We will certainly be returning here in the near future. The only gripe we have with this hotel/ review is that we can only give it 5 stars lol, I honestly haven’t seen a hotel like this, it is absolutely out of this world and a week wasn’t enough time to see it all. We recently spent two weeks in this hotel myself husband and 2 kids We had a lovely time the room was fantastic and a great size for the 4 of us Great choice of pools with something for everyone going on The food was great we loved the theme nights at the buffet and also tried the steak house and tepenyaki ala cartes - these were an extra charge but well worth it The only thing we felt let the hotel down was the cat situation - there are so many beautiful friendly cats and kittens around which my children loved but I would like to know what the hotel policy is for the welfare for the cats/kittens and that you do have a responsibility to care for the them and also to make sure the females don't constantly get pregnant by ensuring the males are nutured - I know other hotels in the area have a system in place to nuture the male cats and then allow them back into the resort, this would help a great deal in this resort as although the kittens are beautiful my children were constantly getting upset seeing how unwell some of them were - this will be due to there being so many of them and the hotel not being able to keep on top of the situation, the hotel seems to pride itself on looking after the cats by giving them food water and the cat house as shelter but I’m not sure that this is the case by allowing the male cats to constantly get the females pregnant then not help look out for the poor kittens that are being left to fend for themselves

We had a wonderful weekend at Delphin Be Grand Hotel, where every detail made us feel truly special. From the exceptional food and beverage services to the spotless cleanliness of the rooms and general areas, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Delphin Be Grand Resort Hotel has vast territory, even though compared to Delphin Imperial, some amenities need improvement. Places for sitting outside, whether having a meal or a drink, are mostly with roofs made of thin material, like natural cane or canvas, felt like you are in a stove, not pleasant at all. And with steady roofs with fans, and only on some places with parts with perforated canvas or similar, it would be far more pleasant-as it is renovated at Delphin Imperial. Overall it feels similar to Delphin Imperial, but with big territory as advantage. Now staff attentiveness at Be Grand is similar to Imperial, but somehow little bit lower, but overall on good level. This is really improved with waitresses and waiters who are very pleasant at Be Grand too. I have to mention the girl who works there with name Şadiye, whose warmth and kindness felt great, and publicly to thank her for making great time for us three, me and my mother and father. Meals, rooms, sea, bars,... were simply great. 10 out of 10 too.

Everything was truly top-notch – from the facilities to the service, everything exceeded expectations. The activities with the animation team were absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to Ivan and Alex–You are doing an outstanding job!
