I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Point Hotel Spa in Antalya, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The upgraded room was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip.
What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable.

Great value for the price. About 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost during the off season, hotel wasn’t crowded. Room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was great.

Overall I enjoyed the stay! The location is great, which is close to downtown area and the beach. This is very important for us :) Room is a bit smaller than expected but quite clean, and got everything you need. Breakfast is average.

When I checked in, the front desk gave me a occupied room. Once I opened the door, it was really embarrassing and I was crazy. Sorry, I went to the front desk to open the room again. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a while, there was not even an apology. Later, I contacted the Ctrip hotel housekeeper to find an agent. The agent contacted the hotel, but the hotel refused to admit that they gave us the wrong room🤬🤬🤬
Why didn't we contact us ourselves? Because the hotel's contact number was answered by the front desk. There was only one male at the front desk at that time, so we couldn't complain. When we checked out, it was a female front desk, who was very nice and spoke better English than the male. To be honest, after visiting Turkey for a few days, it was the first time I saw a female receptionist. Before, they were all men (and they were all very nice and there were no problems).
Secondly, the soundproofing of this hotel is extremely poor.

The room I was assigned was spacious for some reason. It was a one-bedroom, one-living room, and the room was clean. Breakfast is a typical Turkish hotel style, not suitable for Chinese stomachs. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and the seaside. It also provides valet parking.
