This is the first time I've ever wanted to leave a bad review for a hotel. Aside from its location in the Cihangir neighborhood and a beautiful courtyard that actually matches the photos, almost everything else was terrible.
First, the most unbearable thing was that my room was next to a bar. From 9 PM to 1 AM, for four hours straight, there was a continuous booming sound that vibrated my chest, making it impossible to sleep until after 1 AM.
There was only one power outlet in the entire room, and it wasn't even near the bed. The bathroom didn't have any outlets at all.
The bathroom didn't even have a cup for toothbrushes, and neither did the room.
They only provided two small 350ml bottles of water, and there was no kettle. This was only on the first day of arrival, and there was no drinking water available in the common areas, hot or cold. So, you had to buy your own water.
Oh, and the room I booked, based on the 14 pictures I saw, was supposed to be one of those, I figured. But the room I actually stayed in didn't match a single picture!
I had originally booked for four nights but quickly canceled the last two after the first night. The second night was past the cancellation deadline, so I had to endure it. Thankfully, I had booked each night separately, otherwise, it would have been a disaster.
