This hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms. The bathroom is comfortably big and the beds are comfortable. Their breakfast offer is above average and anyone can get a personalised scrambled egg (with individually chosen ingredients). The restaurant is on the highest floor and has an amazing view over Burdur. Unfortunately, the pool was closed.

Presently this is the best option in Hotels available in Burdur . It is next to MIGROS shopping mall. Many good restaurants are walking distance . Breakfast is good . Staff is cordial and cooperative. Hot water kettle with 2 water bottle are provided in room . Tea/ coffee sachet come alongwith. Air conditioning is good .

The hotel needed a lot of attention. Renovation is required for the room and bathroom . Staff were friendly.

Hôtel bien tenu , le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont bien entretenues . Petit déjeuner succinct mais finalement ça suffit . Un excellent rapport qualité prix . Seul bémol : le bruit lié à la réfection de la chaussée

İstanbul’dan Antalya’ya giderken 1 gece konaklayıp asıl tatil otelimize sabah erken giriş yapmak için tercih ettik. Girişte güler yüzle karşılanıyorsunuz kibar bir beyefendi var sorun yok ancak sanırım ekonomi yapmak adına lobi ve tüm kat koridorları ışıkları kapalıydı. Bir otelin yüzü lobisidir. Bayağı bildiğiniz karanlık. Katlarda aynı şekilde tamamen karanlık. Elektriksel bir problemse eğer tamir vs olur ama öyle çalışma da görmedik. Asıl önemli sorun; saat 8de başlayan ve otelin kahvaltı yapılan teras bölümünde ki düğün organizasyonu. 4-5 yıldızlı hiçbir otel teras katta (hemen altında odalar varsa) böyle organizasyon yapmaz. Gece saat 12 ye kadar tam 4 saat korkunc yüksek sesli müzik ve tepenizde zıplayan insanlarla uyumaya çalıştık. 2 aile gittik ve en üst kattan oda verilip hemen üstünüzde de düğün yapılması tam bir fiyasko. Küçük şehirlerin klasik sorunları diyelim. Sırf bu sebeple bile farklı şehir den farklı otel tercihimiz olacak sonrakine.

Adrasan tatillerimiz de giderken veya gelirken yolu bölmek için bir gece konaklamayı genellikle Afyon'da yaparken bu kez Burdur'da bir akşam kalmayı tercih ettik. Grand Özeren'de konakladık. Çok doğru bir karar oldu. Odalar, Kahvaltı, resepsiyon hizmetleri kusursuzdu, çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca Burdur Arkeoloji Müzesini gezmek ve Toros Lokantasında yemek yemek için de imkanımız oldu. Bundan sonra tüm güney seyahatlerimizde mutlaka bir gece Burdur'da Grand Özeren de konaklayarak geziyi daha keyifli hale getireceğiz. Şeniz Hanım'a ve Serdar Bey'e bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdikleri için özellikle teşekkür ederiz.

Otelin en üst katı olan 4 kat üzerinde kahvaltı ve yemek salonu olması çok kötü. Sabah sandalyelerin çelime sesi saat 07 de başlıyor ve alt kata yansıyor. Ses izelasyonu sıfır. çok rahatsız edici bir durum . Son katta sabah uykusu yok . çözüm bulunması lazım.
