We rested in the hotel for 3 nights and we are glad that we did not stay longer. The hotel is more likely to be 3 * for the following reasons:
1. Employees. From the beginning, the security guard would not let me into the hotel to check in, because I did not bring a suitcase and bracelet when I came, which is simply impossible in his world. He only speaks Turkish, and we have no way to solve this problem until some people who speak English and Turkish help. In addition, shortly after registration, we were caught by a barker in the local Turkish bath, Ruslan or Rustem. Just like bath towels, he didn't give passes for all stay days. Once we had to go to the Turkish bath with him because they provided beach towels and he didn't give it to us until we booked the Turkish bath. When we had decided that it was best to lie on our own towels, he condescended to give us a hotel room. Then, at each meeting, he asked when we came and made a comment on the last day, such as "Why did you go there with so little money?" A very disgusting type. After talking with him, you won’t Want any hammam. Next: Maid. Our door always had a "Do Not Disturb" label, but that didn't stop them from knocking 3 times and breaking into our room twice, once in the afternoon and once at 9am. We slept both times and were very awake.
2. Food. Because there is a covid buffet with food delivery. Not only is the food objectively not very tasty, but you still have to wait in line in front of each "counter". As a result, you stand in 2-3 queues for each meal, holding a plate, just like rations.
The alcohol is divided into two halves and poured into small glasses, so you must often go to the bar to line up. She asked for a full glass of wine, and the bartender murmured a few words about it, but she didn't ask much.
3. Entertainment. After 21:00, there will be live music performances every night. Parties over 50 years old.
4. The beach. The beach is very good, you can always find sunbeds, and the sea is clean and warm. The beach bar charges.
In a word: they don't really care about service and hospitality. Otherwise, for money, a hotel is like a hotel. But we will not go there again.

First i want to say,that Turkey is my favorite country and my second home. In Turkey i spend holiday more than 11 years. In lancora beach already i was 20 times.Very nice hotel, very good staff. Thank you all for your care and attention. Just wonderful hotel, wonderful peoples. The best place ever. Always i am in Lancora beach 2 times per year.In June and September.Next year i will be again.I want to say thanks the night manager SELAMI the most. Iam happy that i met this person. Thanks Selami for everything. I was safe and it was a wonderful holiday. We will meet next year. Imiss you so much. SARILMAK.

We had a lovely break. The staff were all helpful especially the lovely lads that worked round the bar. They didn't speak English as it is a mainly Russian resort but they did their best. The food was lovely but I did struggle as intolerant to wheat & they didn't really seen to cater for that. Luckily there was enough food for me to choose from but if my problems with wheat had been worse it would have scared me. I didn't like the way the sunbeds were laid out as it was hard to get in the sun, but alot of the hotels along that stretch of beach were laid out much the same. If English please be prepared as it is a mainly Russian resort & they are so different to us & seemed cold to us & the staff that worked so hard. But we are known for being a very polite nation & the staff really appreciated our smiles & thank you. Love the way the Turkish look after their cats, so spent alot of in the outdoor lounge area watching the kittens. This was a lovely place to chill as the garden is lovely.

The best place ever !!!!We stayed with our friends in L'ANcora Beach hotel in September 2023. Friendly staff.... esp barmen in the bar Barossa who did fire show in the evening.:) Big variety of food, snack bar, Caffè. Nice lounge music, dj every evening. Beach is 1 min from hotel. We had comfort room with stunning mountains' view. Room wasn't very big actually but cleaning was done every day with changing of towels and beddings. There is a massage available there and shop where you can buy turkish cosmetics. Also there is nice good people Irina and a guy from Baku who are advertising leather, very friendly and positive. We had a lovely time there. RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

So initially the hotel looks great from outside, inside is nice. Staff cant speak much english at all, we had to use translate to check in. Our room was pretty small, we was offered an upgrade for 10 euor per day but we decided to stay with the room as we had unpacked ect. The aircon works, fridge in room, hairdryer, bed is comfortable and room was overall clean just bit small. The pools are pretty pointless, the one in the middle of the hotel was not used once whilst we was here and the one on the outside is very small, not in the sun and freezing. But guess it just makes the hotel sound good by saying they have pool. The beach is nice, rock beach so definitely wear shoes to the sea, majority of the sun beds are shaded which was disappointing. Sunbeds in the sun are limited so i would go out a bit earlier to reserve these if you want a tan. The food was good, good variety and there is normally so sort of food all day long. There is a McDonalds, subway, startbucks ect right next to hotel. The drinks are limited, only local alcohol included. Cocktails, imported spirt and the beach bar you will have to pay for. Lots of cats on and around but we loved this! This hotel is not an english hotel, definitely turkish and german based, no staff could understand us and we met probably only 1 other English speaking couple in the hotel. This being said, we felt we were constantly being stared at and looked at by other guests, Another thing this hotel is not a young hotel, everyone was atleast 40+ so maybe this is why we was constantly stared at? Outside the hotel is a ***** of shops and few restaurants, you have to walk bit further out to find more restaurants but the area in its self is really nice and quiet. Beach bars near by were really nice aswell. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, quiet and is exactly what you pay for.

The only good side of the hotel is the proximity to the beach, water temperature and proximity to the shopping street. Front desk employees literally ignore you. The rooms are small and the bed too hard. However, the rooms were clean and decorated daily. Food average. For lunch, not a single one that there were no potatoes. Except french fries. It was every day. And the beach buffet is not included in all and, which I haven't experienced before after several visits to Turkey. Beach towels are changed every 3 days, which has never been anywhere. But I still got it fresh every day.

Pros hotel was very clean rooms very basic but kept really clean food was good pool was in centre of hotel was not really used because of how it was place there was another pool but it was way to cold to use beach was all stones but sea was amazing cons not for English felt very segregated main reception man was very unpleasant went on a trip out and was told we would have a guide that was English as well as Russian speaking but when on the tour was basically told to go and do our own thing because it was all Russian speaking if your English do not go plus every morning it was like waking up to a Greek wedding all you heard was plate clacking together plus it was like a feeding freinzy we ended up going to eat at 9 o'clock at night because you could not get a table and it finishes at 9.30 so most night we went to a lovely little place called friend which I must say was amazing so again if your English do not go
