Cap D'Antibes Beach Hotel is a great contrast to the stuffy formality of the other 5 star hotels in the Riveria that, for me, are more pomp than circumstance. This hotel is the real deal, especially for those that are on the Riveria to enjoy the sea, the beach, and easy access to Antibes, Nice, St. Paul de Vence. We spent a day in total retreat mode, never leaving the property. And you feel like there is nowhere else in the world. Massages in the outdoor 'cabin' are consistently good. And the beach is a rarity in the area- soft sand, protected swimming, privacy between the beach chairs, and an amazing beach service team led by Ludovic. They don't pander to you (so if you need to be fussed over to feel important - go to Eden Roc) - rather they give great service when you request and always check in to see if you need anything. For lovers of modernist design, the architecture and interior design choices are stunning. An array of textures, colors inspired by Palm Springs and the Medditerranean. The details, from the round wood door stops to the hones pink marble and stone floors that bring outside in are impeccable. Some reviews have complained about the exterior black out shade noise. First, having that was a dream. Or I should say, facilitated my dreams. It brought complete darkness for a deep sleep. Second, the noise from adjacent rooms raising and lowering was only noticable if I was already awake and sitting in total silence. And those who criticized for lack of coffee and tea in the room, clearly are not observant or used to discreet and impeccable design. A glorious full height mirrored cabinet is located in the room, with a full bar, Nespresso coffee service, Tea, snacks, and refrigerator. The touch of an included breakfast delivered to the room and bottled water and a treat delivered at night was appreciated. I recommend this hotel to those who want true discreet luxury that is comfortable as a beach hotel should be. The staff radiates the same feel.

We absolutely loved this place. Our favorite stay on a recent extended vacation to Europe and now among my overall favorite places to stay worldwide. It's a perfect location close to Antibes and Cannes but tucked away in a quiet corner of Cap d'Antibes so you have access to the craziness but can avoid it when you want. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. It has a very nice retro vibe on the outside but the rooms and common areas have a very cool, clean look and feel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. We had rooms on both sides of the hotel on upper floors and they were great. Both had nice views and one had a very spacious balcony overlooking the pool, marina and ocean. I saw other reviews complain about the shutters that close and night and open in the mornings. They kept the rooms enjoyable dark for sleeping and we had no issues with sounds in the morning when people began to get up and open theirs. The staff was outstanding. The lovely ladies and the front desk were excellent hostesses and great sources of information, assistance with local transportation and resources for other inquiries. They were very friendly and always eager to help. The crew running the beach service are the hardest working beach crew on the cote d'azur. The beach manager was always on site, engaging with guests, getting people settled, fixing sun shades and etc. And his team was just as busy seating guests, taking food and drink orders, adjusting sun shades and etc -- all in the sand and the heat. Great group. The hotel manager greeted us when we checked in and I regularly saw him around the property talking with guests, conferring with staff, checking on things. He was very pleasant and engaging and his regularly presence demonstrated the commitment to quality management. The food service was super. Baba, the beach restaurant, was alot of fun. The morning breakfast service was good and very well-run. The breakfast service manager saw us getting up from our table one morning to leave and literally ran to get to the elevator before us so he could get the doors opened as we arrived. Really incredible service. Les Pêcheurs, the Michelin-starred seafood restaurant was a great treat. The decor is somewhat spare, but the quality of the service and the food is very much in keeping with the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We had a great dinner there one night. Really can't say enough good things about this hotel and the team working there. They made it the lodging highlight of our entire trip and provided an incredible introduction for us to the French Riviera. Highly, highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

This is our second year in a raw in this great hotel that is perfectly located and has the best staff. From day one we were met with caring and pleasant personal, and every of our request were met without a need to mention twice. I would like to point out how great Ludovic the beach manager is. He makes sure that you are always well taken care of, comfortable, and safe. He always runs around the beach checking on the guests making sure everyone gets what they request and goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you!!!!

The hotel is aesthetically appealing but we visited the beach club and pool and had a frustrating experience. The staff were the main issue. They were inattentive and rude. They asked us if we wanted to sit by the pool and we agreed, however we changed our mind and asked to move to the beach (where there were plenty of free beds) and we had to wait nearly an hour to move and had to ask multiple times before anyone helped. Then we got up to go back to the pool and were told that we were not allowed to go back to the pool - this had not been explained to us. Then a member of staff proceeded to argue with me about this and made up a lie that his manager had told my wife that this would be the case if we moved (which was untrue!) We were not able to order drinks from our sunbeds and had to go up to the bar but then were ignored for long periods of time whilst the staff were stood chatting to each other. Also, we were moving our umbrella as no one was around to help and the staff ran over and stopped us from doing this. Overall, a beautiful place but not a great experience for such a high price.

We stayed in September for a week. The hotels position is great with the private beach. Our room was on the ground floor and it would of been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and what a mistake not to have them. We didn't eat in the Michelin stared restaurant. However, the food in the main restaurant was uninspiring and great if you liked courgettes as they seem to be on every dish. Cocktails varied in strength and not consistent. Breakfast was fine, but that is an easy goal to achive. The beach guys were very good, but they made sure they needed to be rewarded for their efforts, which I found disconcerting. I would stay again for its position and beach, but not much else I am very sorry to say.

The location is really nice. Overlooking the sea and a perfect location for sunset watching. The food was disappointing. Truth be told, it was not good. The service was worse. There are many restaurants in Juan les pins/Antibes. I tried this one, and now you don’t have to. Steer away from it. Not worth it.

Our experience was okay. Some good points and some not so good. The hotel is placed about 10mins outside the main town which is good as it’s far enough away from night time noise and day time construction work going on up the street so you can’t hear it. Normally, when rocking up to a +$1k a night property we’d be greeted by a bellman or someone to help with bags. The duty was left to the taxi driver. Check-in from then on was good and thorough and got a brief tour around the property. Front of house were generally very good. But lacking a doorman to welcome you and help with luggage. It’s a nice property in a good location but it is not a well thought out hotel. For example, it has an open bathroom. A stupid trend created by designers that don’t ever stay in hotel rooms. Imagine the situation. I’m an early riser, my wife isn’t. I get up and take a shower, illuminating the whole bedroom and having no noise barrier so she can hear every drop of water being run from the shower. There is a glass divide between the bath and the main bedroom area. A stupid waste of space that should be dry-walled up, at which point you could move the bed across and add two bedside tables and power sockets to charge your mobile devices that are sadly lacking. Also it echoes. Concrete ceilings don’t work. The “sofa” or whatever it was did’t get used once as it looks more like some leftover outdoor furniture and ended up being a dumping space for bags. Whoever decided to pave outside the room with concrete floorboards didn’t think about a) women walking in heels or b) suitcases rolling across them first thing in the morning and the noise it makes. Put some dry wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Add a proper door between the dressing area space and the bedroom that will stop the sound transfer from outside coming into the bedroom. And put some soft furnishings in there so it doesn’t echo. The beach was compact with chairs but on the whole not too bad as there were dividers up between the next chairs that allowed a small element of privacy. The beach service is mixed, some people working there are excellent. Some not so much. We visited the beach restaurant for lunch on the first day. I had the club sandwich which for +$30 I was expecting something spectacular. It wasn’t. It looked terrible and can only be described as basic. The chefs should be ashamed of themselves. The side salad also went untouched as it was dry with no dressing on it. My wife had the niçoise salad. We both agreed the meal we had in town the day before was much better quality and service for half the price. The pool was meh… been in way better. Too many screaming feral kids in there for my liking. When we needed help booking restaurants the front of house staff were good and helpful and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard each day. There is no lobby area as such, or bar where you can grab an evening drink. Kind of essential one would have put in a luxury hotel.
