Check in was a very pleasant experience! Extremely nice young lady helped my mother and I with checking in. Rooms were remodeled and updated since our ladt visit..very nice surprise!

we were worried about having enough availability but Wyndham found my family a second room and even emailed my daughter to make sure all was fine. They were very pleased with their rooms and check in was handled quickly and professionally.

My flight got canceled so I called to let them know to not cancel my reservation as I got a flight the next day. Arrived for them to tell me they canceled my reservation.

We had a 3 night reservation, but weren't able to stay even one night. The room was dirty...
I asked for management, but was told the manager was on vacation. I asked if the maid could come to the room and was told she was off that day, but could clean the room the next day. I'm pretty sure they put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. We left and got a different hotel.

Operators could not access advanced customer requests submitted through *******. Check-in time was too late. Dark (blood-like)spatters on bathroom wall; chrome on shower fixtures dull and heavily water spotted. No obvious tv channel guide or ice machine info. Metal bed bases are very noisy when accidentally kicked, a way to deaden sound is needed. Easy interstate access.

No issues with our stay other than strong smell of febreeze when we first arrived- became less noticeable as night progressed.
