I brushed the north slope twice, but the last time was in the most beautiful season of autumn. This time I took the challenge of driving there in winter. The hotel has convenient parking and a large house. Our team building team came from Beijing. The team lived in a villa which was very lively and they could also play mahjong. The Changbai Mountain Hot Spring that comes with your stay is great. You must experience the ice and fire of Changbai Mountain Hot Spring in winter. If you check into the hotel, there will be a car that will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area Transfer Center. When you come back, the bus will take you back to the door, which is really convenient. The hotel lobby manager and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful. Following people's advice to have a full meal, we listened to the hotel's arrangements and were the first to go to Tianchi in the morning, and successfully saw Tianchi. Due to the strong wind, Tianchi was closed, haha! Also, buying skiing and rafting tickets at the hotel is cheaper than online, which is very affordable.

Transportation: It only takes about 10 minutes to get to and from Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station, which is very convenient. Design: The rooms are comfortable and the hotel space is spacious, giving people a sense of harmony and beauty. But I don’t know if the design in recent years has tended to have dim lighting, so it always gives people a dark and low-key feel. The design inside the hot spring gave me a big surprise. Japanese hot springs focus on local color and culture, but they are limited to the local people's persistence and tradition of hot springs. No matter how beautiful they are, there is still a kind of framework, but domestic hot springs are diversified. The route has all the open angles, the interior design is beautiful, and there are many facilities. Multiple indoor and outdoor hot springs, paddling pools, swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna rooms with different temperatures, restaurants, resting places, etc... Everything is available. You can really spend a whole day enjoying it. In the middle of the rest area on the top floor, there is a small decorative stove. The design of this small stove reminds me of the Oirase Keirui Hotel in Japan. It also has a similar stove. There are many beds in the rest area. It feels like I suddenly went to a jjimjilbang in Korea. The hot spring trip took me to two different countries, haha!! Service: When you go to the front desk to go through the formalities: Fast and pretty. Unfortunately, the staff is a bit mechanized and don’t have many smiles. Plus we southern fat potatoes who don’t know Mandarin well may have a hard time. If I want to point out areas for improvement, I hope that future staff will Be patient, smile more and be kind, and it will be better. Changbai Mountain is one of the top scenic spots in China. If the quality of friendly service can be improved, more foreigners will definitely be attracted to Changbai Mountain in the future. One of the staff members that I want to name and praise is Xiao Chi. She is really attentive to helping us and will fulfill our requests even after get off work. So be sure to give praise to such hard-working employees.

The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! The hotel is nice except for people smoking everywhere. Is it really necessary to have ashtrays all down the corridors? The smell seeps into the rooms and it's disgusting. Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.

Since I was still entangled in Beijing without a down jacket, I have been helping to answer questions. It takes a long time to read Xiaohongshu, weather forecast or something, it is better to ask Eric. Ask him any questions, he can answer them immediately, And especially patient. Pick-up service, Changbai Mountain VIP pick-up service, hot springs, welcome biscuits. Don't like it! Originally, the expectations of Changbai Mountain were not high. But keep surpriseing! This feels great! You can bring your parents next time. Overall very friendly for those who need to relax! Very nice!
