Indeed, everything from hardware to environmental design, to landscape construction, to fun activities and services are quite good, but the paper towels, toiletries, shampoo, etc. provided in the room are seriously inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. I rarely use them in a high-end hotel. The paper towels are so gritty that my hair feels like dry grass and my head is itchy after washing. The power of a hair dryer can be used to dry clothes, but it can cause great damage to hair. There was no humidifier in the room and the breakfast area was freezing. In short, small things affect the experience and lower the level of the hotel, which is really not smart.
