Hotel provided great service. Clever was extremely helpful in arranging pickup and dropoff at the train station as well as arranging my trip to the mountain. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Hot springs at the hotel are great with countless pools to choose from. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet dinner was good and the house beer was great. Breakfast was okay - could be improved with more options. Gym could have more equipment - only dumbbells and a few cardio machines. Overall great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! The hotel is nice except for people smoking everywhere. Is it really necessary to have ashtrays all down the corridors? The smell seeps into the rooms and it's disgusting. Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗！從酒店到北景區遊客集散中心打車十分鐘不到（其實走走也就到了），離高鐵站差不多15分鐘車程，非常便利。酒店挺乾淨，處女座表示很滿意，房間有一面巨大玻璃窗，可以直接躺在床上看森林雪景，南方人狂喜哈哈哈～工作人員都很熱情，管家小姐姐幫我簽收了寄來的羽絨服快遞，贈送了一袋小零食，還很熱心給出遊玩建議，我們直接從她地方定了雪地摩託的票，最後幫我們叫車送去高鐵站。餐廳早餐豐富又好吃，阿姨還特地給我們做了海鮮餅，我們有幾次點了炸雞炸醬麪的外賣也可以直接拿去餐廳吃～酒店在鎮子裏小河的另一側，很安靜，雪景很不錯，私隱性很好，我看到還有獨立別墅，下次可以來試試哈哈哈～哦對還有雪地温泉，泡在温泉裏看雪景，值了值了～
