Great hotel especially for a long stay! You have an entire kitchen in the room, which is very handy. The room has everything you’ll need! The service is great and the staff is super friendly!

Newish aparthotel situated within walking distance of Centraal Station. For accommodation type space is quite cramp with poor thought given to where one might sit to eat. AC and bathroom was OK but soaps not filled prior to taking up residence. Reception service was sloppy and I don't get a sense staff are fully engaged in looking after property or residence. TV selection was bizarre with German stations prioritised. Balcony area was not accessible. Didn't order or sample breakfast. Not much by way of quality bars or restaurants nearby.

There was a power outage on the first and third nights of our stay. On the first night, the staff could not find the cause and we had to wait for more than an hour before the electricity was restored. No room change was arranged at that time. On the third night, there was another power outage again. Again, the staff could not identify the problem and even tried to blame our charging adapter. However, we used the same plug for all three nights without any issues before, so their explanation was unreasonable. The hotel’s handling of the situation was very disappointing. Instead of solving the problem immediately, they chose to blame the guest. On the last night, they finally arranged a room change at 10pm, which was very inconvenient. In the new room, some of the power outlets were also faulty and could not charge devices properly. Overall, the management and maintenance were very poor, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.

It was a clean and modern apartment. A bit annoying that the government regulations won’t allow the windows to open, would have been nice to get some fresh air. Otherwise recommend, for the price.
