Very good, dog is welcome, breakfast is also very good. Nearby center of Antwerp.Service is good. We will stay here again when we go to Antwerp.

Was ok, expected it to be alot better considering its part if Hyatt. Average at best.

Decent location and comfortable

Modern hotel next to the beautiful Central train station in the Diamond Quarter, the Jewish quarter, 30 minutes walk from the Grote Markt, which in a big city like Antwerp is central. Very spacious room with views, modern and lively bar, without parking but with a public one under the hotel itself. Super friendly staff, I would stay here again without hesitation.

The reception was pleasant. We were able to check in quickly before rush hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, some furniture was outdated and in need of replacement (loose chair covers and bedside tables). The furnishings and colour in the room and hallway to and from the rooms could use a facelift. For a 4 star hotel, more modern furnishings and furniture would be expected. The colour and furnishings downstairs on the ground floor are modern and the colours are vibrant and beautiful. The rest of the hotel and restaurant could use a facelift. The breakfast was well taken care of and tasty. Perhaps an idea to offer varying variations in choice. If you stay in the hotel for several days, it is noticeable that the offer is more or less the same every day. The stay was good. Good central location, close to the train station and city. This hotel is definitely recommended.
