Ibis Budget Antwerpen Centraal Station

It is so close to train station, can easily to reach other location it is tidy and clean

Of course, the same problem persists: the front window isn't designed to block out sound. In the evening, there was a lot of noise coming from the window inside the room. The staff are also unfriendly. I booked a room with breakfast for two, but when I went to eat the next day, the restaurant employee denied my reservation, saying my name wasn't on the list. Upon checking at reception and then returning to the restaurant, I found that none of the food was available. This happened at 9:30 AM, while the official closing time is 10:30 AM. I was very unhappy, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

Warm welcome and fast service on check in process. Clean room and just walking by to the central station, easy for my mobility around the city.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. I didn’t bring an adapter, but the front desk kindly lent me one. Everything was great during my stay

Perfect location with a supermarket right at the corner of the same building. Staff are nice. No hairdryer in the room, but can be borrowed at reception with a 20€ deposit or ID.

As always very friendly staff & helpful, breakfast always good, can be a bit noisy but that’s not the staff or hotels fault, that’s other selfish guests who think it’s ok to slam doors after midnight!

Not the cleanest but the room was decent and the location was good near the city centre. The room was fine for it’s price.

The room is very hot, there are no extra ventilators we asked the reception there we’re no fan available, the housekeepers are also not that active, they we’re two ladies in the reception my child asked for fan and she answered very rude. kudos to the guy in the reception we asked for the key for the window cause my son cannot breathe because of the heat inside the room, he was still eating that time but yet after 15mins went to our room. It’s was very very annoying that they didn’t ask us if we are comfortable with the room while my son was asking for a fan, The bathroom is also small. The bed was very itchy to lay on.
