We booked the penthouse flat and it was a beautiful big room - with a living room/kitchen, bedroom and separate shower and toilet (all nice and large). We had a private balcony as well which was very nice, but the door could be stiff and difficult to open and close. The shower was large, came with hair dryer. The flat got quite hot at times and you could sometimes hear noise from other rooms but this never disturbed our sleep or anything like that. We enjoyed using cooking facilities; we had a 4-ring hob and a microwave oven which worked for most cooking we wanted to do. There was also a fancy coffee machine in the cupboard that we never ended up using. We had hotel breakfast on all our mornings - it was quite expensive, but there was nice coffee served, juices, fruits, cereals, pastries, bread, cheese, cold cuts and hot pancakes with eggs and bacon. It filled us up nicely for a day of adventuring. If I were to stay here again I probably wouldn't get the breakfast - just save money and eat on the balcony in the morning instead. You are also allowed to take just coffee for 2€ if you don't have a breakfast as well which is a good option. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here - it was pleasant, clean and warm, and had all the facilities we wanted, for a good price.

We stayed two nights in a studio room. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time but received a very friendly welcome. We were able to change, and our luggage was safely stored at the reception (and then a staff member brought it to the room). We were notified by personal text message when our room was ready. Since we were no longer at the hotel at the time, the code and procedure were clearly explained for a smooth check-in later via house number 115. The studio was spacious and equipped with everything as suggested during the reservation. Smokers have a large, separate patio where they can smoke and enjoy their own drinks without disturbing the non-smokers. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom were all perfectly clean. There's also a vending machine in the hallway with some drinks, candy, chips, a toothbrush, and more. This hotel more than met all expectations of a three-star hotel. Check-out was smooth and, once again, the staff was warm and friendly. Street noise was audible in the room, but we knew that beforehand given the hotel's location (we might request an interior room for our next reservation). A hotel room in the very heart of the city, however, has a different set of sounds. The hotel is very easily accessible from the central (train) station, and you can be in the heart of Antwerp in just 20 minutes on foot. Next time we're in Antwerp, our choice will be easy: Arass Hotel & Business Flats.

Luckily, I have stayed there only for 1 night. I have made a reservation for 4 nights, but as when I checked in, there was not anybody on the frontdesk, so can give me the keys, check- in forms, etc... And after my bed was full of bed bugs, I have decided to leave the next day. No refund from their side. Terrible service. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty dishes. The terrace door, was opening constantly, as the door was broken by itself. Never staying there again, the most horrible night in my entire life.

The housekeeping did not respect the “Do not disturb” sign on my door and were scouting my accommodation. Also they took something very important from my room and I don’t think this kind of behaviour should be tolerated. The rooms are ok but dated, the location and parking are excellent. And the breakfast was very poor, good thing there was a kitchen in the room.

Terrible stuff, frontdesk, terrible breakfast. Smells like food everywhere in thebhotel. Housekeepers steal personal belongings, enter in the room when you want to have privacy. Do nnot report to the frontdesk when you forget something in the hotel.

Stayed there for more than a year and overall I enjoyed the experience. The room was pleasant, quiet, with all the utilities needed to live there and the services exceeded my expectations. The room was at the 5th floor, on the back side of the hotel. Initially I stayed in a room at the 2nd floor on the street side, there the noise was louder, but at the back side of the hotel it's quiet. The cleaning of the room was made twice a week. At the reception anytime I had questions the staff was friendly and kind to give guidance. After the check out the warranty deposit was refunded after one working day.

Good location, handy for the train station and a tram line into the centre. Room was a good size and comfortable, given the heatwave in Antwerp during our visit the air con was very welcome. Quite a bit of noise from other guests who seemed to congregate in the hallways but managed a decent sleep all the same.

I stayed fir 2 months and I really enjoyed my stay. Cleaning staffs are really good, they cleans the room twice a week. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Management team is also good, they responds very quickly of your any query. I can say ARASS hotel is best for stay in Antwerp.

A three-star hotel. Some things need replacing or are outdated, like the coffee table. There's rust in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is clean. Breakfast was adequate but not lavish. Friendly staff. The hotel is on the edge of town. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station. Bike rental is a few meters away.

We stayed for a couple of days in this hotel, we were given a small apartment on the sixth floor.. The corridor on the sixth floor is quite shabby, also I don't think they ever clean the lift, it smells terrible. Apartment without any pretension... For 2 days bearable. The staff at the reception very friendly. It is absolutely not close to the centre, it takes at least 40 minutes on foot....
