Lovely BnB run by Luc a very friendly welcoming man happy to assist and give recommendations Our room was charming we booked last minute but were lucky to get a bath. There was bath creme provided. Decorated in the style of the place it was like walking back in time perfectly Breakfast was cold with the exception of a boiled egg but there was so much to eat and displayed to perfection

We had a wonderful visit with Luc and Carmen at the Baron. Our host greeted us and insisted on vaulting the stairs with our luggage like a 20-something! He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sites, shopping, and fun before sending us on our way. We managed to stay up until 8 PM and slept like babies in the comfortable suite pictured in the ad. It has a fantastic tub which was relaxing following a full day of travel. In the morning he greeted us for breakfast in the Breakfast hall and what a bounty: silver service, white tablecloths, and a delicious array of croissants, scones, eggs, cold cuts, juices, and coffee. The Baron rooms all reflect an eclectic taste reminiscent of the late 1800s, also the owner has a world-class collection of Comic Books-ask Luc if you can see his office!

Dit is een B&B zoals ze oorspronkelijk bedoeld zijn. De onpersoonlijke beleving in een hotel tegenover de enorme gastvrijheid van de gastheer Luc in het bijzonder en zijn vrouw. De B&B heeft themakamers waarin je terecht komt in een bepaalde tijd. Mijn dochter en ik hadden de Lucy suite. Een heerlijke kamer met veel ruimte en gewone maar hele grote badkamer met douche en bad. Het bed is prima, ik als slechte slaper heb heerlijk geslapen. Dan het ontbijt. Het u is s toch heerlijk om in een gemoedelijke ontbijtkamer te eten. Koffie, goede thee, een eitje, verschillende soorten vleeswaren, kaas, heerlijke brie, yoghurtjes. Je checkt hier in tussen 14:00 en 15:00 uur en wordt enorm hartelijk ontvangen met uitleg over alles wat je wil weten over de stad. De persoonlijke zorg van Luc is zo fijn. Een echte warme plek midden in het centrum waar ik zeker nog eens terug zal komen.
