Uga Ulagalla Resort is a private luxury resort located in a beautiful green forest in the heart of Sri Lanka. This is the most serene, soothing, and exquisitely built property. Spaciously laid out, with incredibly comfortable spacious villas including personal plunge pools, enormous balconies placed amongst enormous trees in the forest. We stayed here for two nights in February 2024 and had a fantastic time altogether. The staff went above and above to make our stay unforgettable, and everyone from the front desk to the various sections is really nice and attentive. We were wonderfully taken care of from the minute we entered the building until we left. Throughout our stay, Dilrukshi and Darshika ensured that we were having fun and were constantly eager to learn what might be done to improve things. The food was just fantastic, and the service was excellent. There was a broad choice of options from an a la carte menu. Shiraz deserves special recognition for providing extremely helpful and good customer service while maintaining impeccable decorum. Kayaking at sunrise was a breathtaking experience, and I'd want to thank Katharina for making our stay at Uga Ulagalla so unforgettable. The buggy driver, Vimukthi, provided exceptional customer service with excellent manners, proving to be very helpful. We went horseback riding and absolutely appreciated the experience.
