和朋友入住的，體驗感還可以，酒店温泉水還是不錯的，就是設施稍微舊一點，前台服務也可以，還根據我們的需要換了房間，整體體驗感還可以

酒店的環境，還有酒店的服務員服務也挺好的，房間衞生也好。 但温泉區就的確不行了，池子是多，但水真怎麼乾淨，温度較高的池才相對水質好點。温泉區基本沒什麼服務，魚池要另外收費。

四星級酒店，我們去的時候是淡季，且剛下過雪，旅客不多，但是享受到了超值的服務。所有的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，且確實耐心地幫我們解決問題。特別表揚袁春梅：工號2111。服務周到，為旅客着想，還有酒店電瓶車司機唐師傅，門衞李師傅...泡了兩天温泉，這裏的温泉池也是我泡過最舒適的，可能因為人不多，所以體驗更好吧。就是因為天氣是零下五度，導致更衣室挺冷。

客房寬敞，乾濕分離，離温泉很近，主要是衝著80多個室外温泉池去的，早餐三鮮粉味道極佳，配料齊全。主要是温泉更衣室空間太小，遊客多的情況下有點擁擠不堪。
