AnYue JinJiang Hotel

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel is close to the Grotto Technology Center and the Yuanjue Cave Scenic Area. We took a short walk to Yuanjue Cave and had a wonderful experience. The next morning, there was a heavy fog, which presented a different, beautiful scene. The hotel's hygiene was good, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding comfort and soundproofing were also good. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it tasted delicious, and the staff were very warm and attentive. The hotel's location is quite good, making shopping and dining convenient. It also offers some activity space, making it great value for money. The Anyue stone carvings are incredibly beautiful, and I hope Anyue continues to thrive.

I had no idea there was such a great hotel in Anyue. Surprisingly, aside from the slightly smaller rooms, everything was up to five-star standards, and the price was incredibly affordable—a fantastic value! The front desk manager, or supervisor, was incredibly nice and pleasant. She understood our needs and price range, suggesting we book a room without breakfast on Ctrip, but then gave us breakfast as a bonus. She also told us about the nearby Grottoes Digital Center. That evening, we enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner, which cost 98 yuan per person and included a wide selection of hot, cold, fruit, and pastries, including three flavors of crayfish. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and my husband and I were both very satisfied. Breakfast was open until 10 a.m., a real bonus for those who love to sleep in! Because it was too hot, we didn't end up seeing the stone carvings, and instead just enjoyed tea and a lie-in at the hotel. I'll definitely be back to see the carvings in the fall when it cools down, and I'll definitely stay at the Jinjiang again!

The rooms are very nice and beautifully designed. This is a very new hotel, currently considered one of the best in Anyue. The service is very attentive and dedicated. However, the only regret is that the quality of the hotel's renovations could be improved. The design is excellent, but the quality clearly shows that the renovation company's work is subpar. The bathroom in my room had some leaks and mold, which was a real letdown. This is a very good hotel, and I'm very much looking forward to their repairs.

The newly opened Jinjiang Hotel in Anyue has a really great environment. It is quiet in a bustling city. The rooms also have small balconies, and the scenery outside is very pleasant to look at. The service is even better. They contacted me in advance to ask about my arrival time, and even turned on the air conditioner for me in advance. According to the lady at the front desk, the eye-like thing in Figure 1 is looking at the Yuanjue Cave. There is a little thought in it. The hotel was newly opened in May. The overall decoration is quite comfortable. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and there are green plants. There is almost no smell in the room. I was quite worried at first, but when I saw the formaldehyde removal report at the front desk, I was completely relieved. It is worth mentioning that the shower gel in the room smells good and is very comfortable to use. I will come again next time I visit Anyue.

Apart from the price, which is a five-star hotel, nothing else is worthy of a five-star rating. After checking in and entering the room, there was a strong smell. I quickly opened the balcony and the door to ventilate. When I took the paper, it was covered with dust. The hygiene was terrible. I went out for dinner in the evening and came back to the door, but couldn't get in. I called the front desk, but no one answered after several calls. I waited outside for a long time. When the call was connected, they said the staff would come to deal with it. After waiting for a long time, no one came. I had to park outside and walk in. I waited until the May Day event at the Grotto Center was over and everyone had dispersed. Then I walked out and drove in. When I got in, the basement door was closed again. I ran to park at the hotel door, but the staff came to call again and said that parking is not allowed here. They said that we came to your hotel to book a room, but we couldn't even park. After talking for a long time, they opened the door and told us to park in the basement. Really, the price is five-star, but nothing else can meet the five-star standard. There is no service, and it costs more than 400 yuan a night. I will never come again after staying here once.

從踏入大堂的那一刻起，每一位工作人員都會微笑着主動打招呼，讓人感覺特別親切。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐手腳麻利熱情服務。走進房間，整體設計現代簡約又不失温馨，衞生打掃得一塵不染，角落細節都處理得很到位。床品軟硬適中，讓人一夜好眠。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全聽不到外面的嘈雜聲。智能客控系統非常便捷，窗簾、燈光和空調都能輕鬆調節。酒店的配套設施也很齊全，健身房器材很新，自助早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很棒。這種在細節處見真章的用心，真的讓人心裏暖暖的。在這裏入住，感受到的不僅僅是標準化的流程，更是一種發自內心的關懷和尊重。

建築設計外觀比較大氣，但不夠人性化，客人從大廳前往房間或餐廳的動線很繞，沒有任何功能的區域很多，而且材料繁複有過度堆砌的嫌疑。 房間功能方面，整體風格現代簡約，智能化做得不錯，機器人服務配上了或許並未提升效率。房間傢俱材料偏多略顯擁擠。晚上有蚊子，玻璃不夠隔音，有蛙聲擾眠。 早餐品種豐富，服務也比較周全。 和數字展示中心聯動不足，提升知名度和影響力的營銷手段還需加強。

真心超滿意的一次入住！酒店整體環境乾淨雅緻，大堂整潔大氣，氛圍特別舒服。前台工作人員態度特別親切熱情，辦理入住退房速度很快，還會耐心介紹周邊遊玩和吃飯的地方，特別貼心。房間收拾得一塵不染，佈局温馨寬敞，床品柔軟舒服，睡得特別安穩；衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱用品也很好用。隔音效果不錯，安靜不吵鬧，周邊出行也很方便。早餐也非常不錯中西式都有，味道也很好食品很新鮮。衞生、服務、設施全都在線，性價比超高，住着像在家一樣舒心，下次來還選這家，也推薦給大家！
