Rembrandt Inn Aomori

I had originally planned to try another hotel during my stay, but I canceled it after checking in here. I spent four pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing days at this property. Every single staff member at the front desk was professional and had a great attitude! Thank you so much for all your help! Although I didn't need my room cleaned during my stay, the staff would hang fresh towels and dental kits on the doorknob without disturbing me. Even though I didn't receive the complimentary bottled water voucher that some reviews mentioned, I was still extremely satisfied with this hotel. The location is also fantastic—very close to Aomori Station, A-Factory, the Apple Factory, and the Hakkodamarui Memorial Ship. Truly amazing!

The service was excellent. I was originally planning to switch hotels the next day, but I canceled my previous booking and extended my stay here for another night. The foreign lady at the front desk provided fantastic and very professional service.

Clean and good location.

Walking distance from Aomori Station, this hotel features an arcade in front and a convenience store downstairs. The lobby offers free coffee and toiletries. However, the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear noise from the next room.
