During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance.
The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service.
Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained.
Best hotel in the city for sure.

Service: Service is the biggest highlight of this hotel. When you enter the lobby, you will see the tall Chinese-style retro lobby. The most impressive thing is that there is a dignified, elegant, beautiful and generous employee Li Jing at the front desk. She is always very welcoming when entering and exiting the lobby during your stay. Greetings, although there were some problems with the air conditioning in the room and the shower head not working during the stay, the staff took the trouble to deal with them in a timely manner. Before staying at the Crown, such problems were ignored. The staff in the lobby overall have a high sense of service, speak professionally and kindly, and leave Jerry, the front office manager at the store, expressed his condolences and gave him souvenirs. Special praise for the 24-hour online butler service, late at night, sudden stomach pains sent the right medicine and health porridge within 8 minutes. The location is a prime location, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and the corner is the net red food street. The souvenir received when leaving the store is the hotel's homemade intangible sachet, this intention makes people instantly break the defense! 到寶雞就直接住下了，前天晚上火車軟卧16小時，通宵沒睡着，極度疲倦9點半到店，前台超好，給我立馬安排了個空出來的房間，明明下午兩點才能入住，但前台讓我先落腳，安排的房間有些噪音，我要求換房，立馬就給我換了另一件剛出的房，房間好大好舒服2016房太喜歡了～客服給我送了一杯金桔茶，熱騰騰的，一壺開水，一個泡腳盆泡腳，還有果盤零食，感覺好温暖！
睡了兩小時，床品太舒服了！滿血復活，就去樓下令氏家外家吃了個58的套餐嚐到了寶雞的美食，還送了我一瓶醋，絕了，哨子麪最好吃，建議單獨點一份～
酒店有潤膚露，洗澡不乾燥，還可以泡腳，還有藍月亮洗衣液，還有小皮筋，晚上還給我送了銀耳蓮子羹，好吃！
依依不捨去了西安，真想再住一晚，喜歡🥰服務一百分，好貼心～
