First of all, the hotel room is clean, tidy and warm, the service is very good, and there is a high-speed rail pick-up service. 酒店整體讓人眼前一亮啊，尤其是進房間後插上房卡的一瞬間，自動開燈，關上窗簾，打開投影屏，小度開始放歌。。。感覺儀式感拉滿。這次和朋友都很喜歡酒店，尤其是前台漫漫服務很nice!房間衞生細節可以再加強一點就更好了，走廊的香薰略有點嗆人，不過這些都無傷大雅。對了還有晚安粥，送粥的阿姨人很好噢～

The hotel and the rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. Optimal position next to the train station. We did a late check in and a very early check out, but the staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. A special mention to ms Xiao Ceng from the front desk: she helped us communicate with the rest of the staff with her excellent English comprehension skills. Furthermore, she answered to all our question about the interesting spot of Changsha with precision and kindness. A true jewel of employees, her boss should be happy to have her in his team！！

It is next to the No. 1 and No. 4 subway exits. It is very convenient to go to the South Railway Station, the May Day Square in the city center, Yuelu Mountain, and Orange Island. There are direct subways. 2. The cost-effectiveness is relatively good, but the price increase during the May Day period is a little expensive, but compared with other price increases, the cost-effectiveness is still good. 3. The interior decoration and sanitation of the hotel are not as bad as some negative reviews. Although it is a bit old, it is still okay overall. At that time, I found that there was a spot on the quilt that was not very clean, and the waiter changed it in time. 4. The hotel breakfast variety is not much, and the buffet of 38 is OK. 5. There is a small supermarket downstairs, as well as a Cha Yan and a Changsha restaurant. The night before check-in, the housekeeper called to ask about the arrival time and whether there were any special requirements for the room. After the housekeeper Xiao Zhou learned that I brought a child, he helped me prepare a set of children's toiletries, which the child liked very much.
The facilities in the room are very complete, such as the coffee machine, which seems to be from Starbucks, and there are sugar bags to adjust the sweetness yourself. There is also a small refrigerator to put some milk tea in for refrigeration.
The environment is also very good, and there is no peculiar smell from the entrance to the room.

Later, I read reviews saying that the loft was not clean, so I finally chose it. This kind of hotel really did not disappoint me. Clean and comfortable is the first priority. The location is also good. There are many things to eat. There is a snack street downstairs. Cha Yan is downstairs and the subway is also close. The only drawback is that it is too difficult to wait for the elevator. Fortunately, it is on the 3rd floor and you can just take the stairs.

GGuest UserNice location right on the line 2 of Changsha metro (Yuanjialing station ) close to all Changsha main attractions , if you arrive on the high speed train to the south railway station is extremely easy to find the way to the hotel , two of us are able to speak Chinese but I also notice they are able understand some English with my parents for basic needs . Across the street there is a plaza where you can find everything you need on your trip and also access the subway station

The hotel butler Leo's service was very considerate and in place, and the facilities were great! Thanks to the hotel's full set of kitchen supplies, I successfully made the New Year's Eve dinner. The appliances used were all Electrolux brand. I checked the history of Electrolux online and found that it was a century-old home appliance brand from Sweden in Northern Europe. JJiamei EngAlthough the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent.
The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room.
Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

JJD*Awesome view of the river and close to snack street and some major malls (awesome things to do - animal cafe, time and space photo place, trampoline arena). Longyue mountain is a 20 minute drive away and Orange island is a subway stop away. You have to ask for the room to get cleaned and there’s no actual front desk (need to add a guy on WeChat). Quieter elevator as opposed to the adjacent elevator. WiFi was good in the beginning of the stay but then became unstable. Basically, it is not really a hotel but more a place to have a shower and sleep - which is perfect for the night life that Changsha is famous for (especially because it’s so hot during the day)
