GGuest UserHygienic: The whole is normal... Because the previous tenant checked out very late, when we went, the cleaning was still cleaning the room. We went out for dinner and stayed at 5 pm. There was a room in which the smell of smoke on the bed was heavier.
Environment: It is close to the high speed or a bridge. It is not quiet to sleep at night, there is always noise, and the sound of cars coming and going. Parking outside the community is not very good. It was originally a loft, but it was not. The loft above was not renovated at all.
Facilities: There was a sudden power outage at one o'clock at night, and the community was bright. There was a separate power outage in this house, and the hot family didn't sleep well. I called the power at six o'clock in the morning. The TV air conditioner remote control in the house is either no battery or no...
Service: Since check-in, the message has not been returned in WeChat. From the power outage in the middle of the night, until the morning departure, politely told the check-out, and did not reply in a word.

What I want to say most is that the experience of booking a homestay for the first time on Ctrip was extremely bad. I would not have booked it if Ctrip had not led me to the homestay. The door of the room was opened by other guests at around 1:00 in the middle of the night, and I was woken up by the noise. What a terrible experience! The landlord communicated in a timely manner and explained the whole story. With the mentality that it is not easy to go out, the evaluation is objective, but the unpleasant experience cannot be ignored! As a result, I always worry about whether the door is locked at night! I hope the management can be strengthened! Let me say it again, I don’t have any malicious intention to give low scores, it is an objective evaluation!
