GGuest UserIt was very hard to find the place as ”Hemu” was not memtioned nowhere in latin letters at the very small office reception.
Also at the beginning the lady at the administration even snet us to another place, only to learn later on that it was actually the reception office of this appartment hotel.
The first room smelled very smoky, even though it was designated as non-smoking room. Luckily we were immediately given the option to change to another room, which was better. However cleanliness was not great. The toilet ring was very dirty and also some other parts were only superficially cleaned. Room seevice was done daily and staff was attentive.

DDr.88777My winter stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the subway and shopping areas. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and check-in was quick even though I arrived late at night. The room was clean and cozy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

GGuest UserThe location is very good, and it is very convenient as a transit accommodation in Kunming. There is Joy City nearby. The landlord is also very nice. If he needs a small pot to cook food for the children, he will deliver it immediately. There are quite a few B&Bs in this building.
This price is great value.
It is recommended to prepare a power strip to boil water. The power socket near the sink is high and the kettle cannot be reached. If you have children, please pay attention to the safety of stairs.

GGuest UserThe bed is very comfortable. The only pillow I am satisfied with during this trip to Yunnan and Guizhou. I have high requirements for pillows. It is too high and too soft for me. I am not used to it and it is difficult to fall asleep. Fortunately, the height of the pillow here is OK for me, whether it is soft or hard. It's very clean and close to where you want to go. Except for the Botanical Garden, Dounan and the Provincial Museum, which are a bit far away, other places are about a dozen yuan, especially close to Donghua and Zuanxin Market. It's a motorcycle-friendly city. . Why did I have to stay in Kunming for ten and a half days when I came to this city, so leisurely and comfortable.
The room was very clean, no pictures were taken, and there was a big bouquet of roses.

__CFT118796****Bring my mother to the Red Club Hospital to see my eyes and lead the children. It is too right to choose this one! Two big beds, the rooms are still very spacious, close to the hospital, within walking distance, and close to Kunming Zoo. It is very convenient to take care of elderly children. The room was clean and tidy, the appliances were complete, and the mother lived comfortably and did not toss. The landlord also gave suggestions for eating around, really recommend! Stay next time

The smoking can be annoying since it will come into your room even if you choose a non-smoking room, I wish there was a non-smoking floor. So if you are sensitive then it would not be a good place for you. But otherwise the rooms are really nice and the boutique rooms are worth the small price increase in the upgrade! Feels like your own apartment.

ZZizhuThe room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom counter in the vanity area was also very wide, with a large mirror, making it super convenient for getting ready. The vanity area and the toilet area were cleverly separated (wet and dry separation), which was a nice touch for quality accommodation. The cleanliness was excellent, and both the bedding and toiletries felt high-quality. The soundproofing was great; it was quiet and undisturbed at night. The front desk was very responsive; whenever we needed something, we just sent a message, and they brought it over right away. We had a really good experience overall.
