Xxy.fftUpon check in, the absolute angel front desk lady Mei Mei (梅梅) added us on WeChat and told us to contact her if we encounter any issues. The apartment feels a bit old but it’s still in okay condition. Because we’re in China we had quite a few parcels mailed to the hotel, the staff also helped us looked for them before bringing them to our room together with our luggage. The tv wire was disconnected when we arrived at the room, and it was kinda stuffy so we tried switching on the aircon. Apparently they operate on central air conditioning and the switch is only for heater (which is why it became pretty warm). I contacted god sent concierge and they arranged someone to fix the tv and to bring us a standing fan. It’s kinda odd that they only offered 1 free breakfast for my booking of 2 adults, it was alright since only me made it for the breakfast once for our entire stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the service is great. Breakfast is okay, mostly heavy asian style dishes. The hotel staff are pretty helpful and also accommodating. They helped to look for my parcels in the mailroom and left it outside our room door, a bit concerning because I had half a thought someone gonna steal my stuff lol. Worried for nothing bth. The location of the hotel is good, located near to the popular malls, and a short walk from the metro. There’s kfc and other eateries nearby, also a few convenience stores in case y’all don’t know how to *******. Mei Mei also checked in on me via WeChat knowing that we have checked out and returned to our home country.

But what I find ridiculous is that I booked a one-bedroom suite which was listed as 95 square meters on Trip.com, but after checking in, I found it was, at most, 35 square meters. I thought, 'Surely they're not including the common area?' Turns out, when I asked the front desk, they were! It's one thing to include 10 or 20 square meters of common area, but seriously, who includes nearly three times the actual living space? 😭

The location is absolutely unbeatable for getting around the city—restaurants and convenience stores are all within walking distance, making daily trips and errands incredibly convenient. The housekeeping service is consistently excellent; my room is thoroughly cleaned every day and always kept neat and tidy. Even the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful during check-in, going out of their way to assist with my needs.
It’s because of the outstanding service and perfect location that I keep coming back, and it never fails to meet my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai!

Packed as an apartment (it even has a washing machine which is really convenient) the room is spacious and has all the services included to not be bothered with anything. The hotel has its own private territory and also the neighbourhood is classy with a lot of foreigner-friendly facilities like grocery or restaurants.

Upon arrival, I encountered a hiccup that nearly drove me to seek accommodations elsewhere, but the issue was swiftly and adeptly handled by a courteous gentleman at the front desk, likely the manager. His prompt resolution and eagerness to address my concerns not only resolved the immediate issue but also instilled a deep sense of trust and satisfaction with my stay.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, a rarity in this country's largest and busiest city. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently close to Metro Line 11, ensuring easy access to the city’s vibrant heart. The option to open the windows in my room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze without leaving the comfort of my well-appointed room.
Speaking of the room, it was a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The cleanliness was up to the high standard, and it felt like the facility was brand new. The room was equipped with a small kitchen area, complete with a stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and even a washer. Although there was no dryer in the room, a quick trip to the second floor opened up options not only to dry clothes but also to access private dining/meeting rooms and a well-equipped gym.
Every night was a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, rivaling the peace of my own home. The tranquil environment contributed to undisturbed nights, ensuring restful sleep and rejuvenated mornings.
The housekeeping staff, particularly two young men, were notably diligent and affable, keeping my room clean and well-supplied. The front desk staff were equally helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Assistance was dispatched via a charming, albeit slower, robot—no tipping required.
This hotel apartment not only met but exceeded my expectations, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a 'home away from home.' For those considering a longer stay, here's a tip: contact the hotel directly to speak with a salesperson. You might secure an excellent long-term rate, potentially including breakfast.

The location is truly fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the metro 7 line station, and it only takes a few stops to get right into the city center. The area surrounding the hotel is also very convenient, with a convenience store and a famous bubble tea shop nearby, offering everything you need.

The staff provided excellent service and were all very helpful. They were able to assist us efficiently, and their ability to communicate well in English was a major plus, making everything very smooth

The room was exactly as pictured online, very clean, and the housekeeping service was provided daily.

The hotel offers a laundry service/washing machine, but there is an extra charge (I noted that many hotels I've stayed at usually offer this for free, but it wasn't a major issue). A small but very convenient feature was the mini clothes dryer provided in the room, which was perfect for quickly drying small items.
