The manager ”Zhou” was courteous and professional, and assisted us with all our requirements.
Guests will find that this Homestay is well equipt with all the basics, it's also clean.
Overall, good value for the price point.
We will visit this establishment again, and can recommend it to travelers whom require basic and affordable accommodation.

MMr. PandaWe were very satisfied with our trip. We like to travel around China in our car as a family and we prefer quieter places slightly outside of main cities. It makes our time with our family a little more relaxing. This hotel had all the things we needed and even had ample parking directly in front of the hotel building. The staff was quite friendly as well. We will most likely stay here again when we visit the area.

GGuest Userwere visiting our daughter who is a student at nearby Tianjin Juilliard. The hotel was very spacious and clean. The front desk and cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly. There were activities to do nearby, such as concerts at Tianjin Juilliard, walking along the river, Chaoyin temple, bullet train to Tianjin and Beijing, and the Tianjin Haichang Polar Ocean World (unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to visit the Ocean World.) We loved it when the buildings were lit up! There are also some nearby restaurants. Didi drivers were able to pick us up in one minute. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The bed is very comfortable and you will enjoy a goodnight's rest.

GGuest UserCame to Tianjin with my kids and stayed in a family room. The space was really big, plenty of room for the kids to play. Having a kitchen was also super convenient for heating up sandwiches. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The day after we checked out, I realized I'd lost my iPad. I called the hotel, and the staff quickly found it and even helped mail it back to my home for free. We were still out enjoying our trip, and the package had already arrived home safely via SF Express. Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserThe building was the iconic building of Tianjin 30 years ago, but now it definitely shows the age. The apartment we had was very functional but had damp smell so we had to open all the windows at first. The location and amenities are super good especially if you need an extended stay. The best features for us were the view of tourists area and the washing machine. I planned this stop to refresh all our clothes in the middle of our summer trip.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and tidy. There's a fresh produce market on the first floor, and the room had an induction cooker and microwave, so I could make my own meals, which was really fun. It's also very close to the library and Wanda Plaza, and only a six- to seven-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. I really liked it and would definitely stay again.
