Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Have stayed at Eastern House, 7 years ago. The service & quality still amazed me. Even with language barrier, staffs still are excellent & very professional. Would like to commend on all the crew team at cafe/restaurant who served us breakfast every morning. Everyone is very courteous, friendly & professional in attending to guests. The greeted with a genuine smile. Big shout to the Team Leader, Ms Yi Gai Li. She represents what a great hospitality means. She greets & always with a smile. The best, she made effort to remember what our likes. She knew from Day 1, I would prefer a little honey with my cereal, the next 4 days she would remember & place a small portion of honey. She is always attentive. Eastern House should be proud to have a model staff in their team. Thank you Eastern House for the consistent great service even after 7 years since I last stayed.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The hotel's convenient location makes it an excellent option for travelers. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is incredibly helpful, and the free laundry service is a thoughtful amenity for guests. These conveniences will surely enhance any stay, making it a fantastic place to consider! While the breakfast provided a diverse range of options, and I appreciate the thoughtful decorations for my anniversary trip and the complimentary room upgrade, the only aspect that fell short of expectations was the absence of an automatic toilet bowl. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Queen (舒洁），小宋（志洋），子方for their gracious hospitality and exceptional service.

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

Took a second to place the lobby (it’s really just elevators), as soon as I got up to Reception I was very impressed. It’s gorgeous, it smells nice, my room was beautiful with an even better view. The location was why I booked this hotel. A perfect spot within walking distance to many city sights. All the extra bundles were worth it, too, highly recommend the late night noodles. And the staff were very friendly: 小徐 (Xiao Xu) and 小胡 (Xiao Hu). My Chinese isn’t the best, but a translator app is all you need.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and exceptional service that your hotel provided. I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. Thanks to the previous feedback. We selected this hotel by the cleanliness, location and the hospitality and it is all true. Walking distance to mall, lots of eateries, the city wall and famous morning market too. Highly recommended as the place is not on busy street so you can get a peaceful sleep. Really falling for the exec room, it is spacious enough. Also taking cab is also convenient, taxi passes by frequently like one every few minutes. Lastly a big thanks to the team who welcome us during the check-in on 10/10/24. I had an overnight flight and arriving hotel at 12 noon, the front desk is kind enough to allow me check-in earlier for a rest. Also, to the front desk team who manage our check-out on 15/10/24 around 10am. I need to apologies that did not note down your name. I hope that the management are appreciating your effort. Definitely will recommend whoever wants to visit Xi'an to stay here. Hope I can return to this wonderful hotel stay again, cheers.

Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.
