JJohnathan LumNobilis Residence offers a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Prague, with clean, modern apartments that feel more like a home than a hotel. The rooms are well equipped, with functional kitchens and comfortable beds, making it ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer self-catering. The location is excellent — close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square and many major attractions, yet tucked away enough to be relatively quiet. Service is generally responsive and friendly, and check-in is simple and straightforward. The property feels secure, and the addition of amenities such as Wi-Fi and seating areas adds to the comfort. That said, there are some limitations. Being a residence, it lacks the full facilities of a hotel (no daily housekeeping, concierge, or on-site restaurant), so guests should be prepared for a more independent experience. Some rooms may feel compact, and the building is older, so noise or small maintenance quirks can occasionally occur. Overall, Nobilis Residence strikes a good balance between location, value, and comfort. It’s a strong choice for independent travellers who appreciate space and flexibility, though those seeking luxury hotel-style services might prefer other options.

GGuest UserLocation is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend. 1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep. 2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all. 3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights. 4) Trash cleaning not done on some days. 5) no humans - can’t find help if you need. 6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any. 7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies. 8) will never stay here again.

GGuest UserOverall the location is perfect for exploring all of Prague and has a lot of access to public transport. The actual accommodation is also nice, we loved the beds and the kitchen was very convenient. However there were a few issues that are rooted in a lack of communication from the organisation. Firstly, we contacted the hotel a week before as well as the day of arrival as we were late check in so needed information on how to access our room. We were told we would be contacted with this information yet this never happened. Instead we had to phone them and wait for instructions at the airport late at night. Secondly, for the entire duration of our stay we had refurbishments/ building work in the room next door from 8am-7pm every day. This was very loud and very inconvenient especially since there was no pre warning or apology. Both these issues definitely dampened our stay but there are still many positives to be taken from Royal Prague City Apartments.

AAlicialin1111Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook. Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from Trip.com did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.

GGuest UserThe apartment is perfect for the price. Send all your documents i.e. passport and selfie in enough time for a smooth check in. Easy to access room/ building with a code released at check in time- no key. Building beautiful, courtyard at the back, pub opposite and convenience shop next door. Parking tricky but always found a space nearby. 5min walk to Museum and main shopping street. From there tourist spots such as Astronomical Clock on the main square are a straight walk down. Visited in winter so snowy and cold, outdoor eating possible as they provide blankets and heaters at most restaurants. Rented a car opposite the main train station. Drove to Bratislava also, it's just over 3 hours. From there Vienna was 1 hour. Well worth considering we did it in a day. More time spent in Vienna as it's huge! Felt safe in the Prague, used Bolt for taxis and public transport pass was £10 for 72 hours.

GGuest UserWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue. Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars. Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive. But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

DDandanThe hotel is not in the same place as the real place. The rooms are scattered apartments everywhere, so first go to the hotel lobby to check in, and then give you a paper with the address. Walk past, it may be a few hundred meters, maybe one kilometer, the room is big enough, and the bed is more. The key is cheap, it depends on whether you pick up and don't accept pulling the suitcase on the blue slate. The box is big and heavy, a bit difficult to walk, and there are many tourists, which is inconvenient to avoid. In short, economical is OK. Ignore the others. This place is at the pedestrian street, and you can walk to the scenic spot.

MMaris SavikI was looking for a reasonably priced room for 2 people/2 nights that is a) close to Lucerna Music Bar and b) has a nearby metro station so we could leave for the airport very early in the morning City Leaf met all those conditions. It's a simple and comfortable room in the heart of Prague. Private location, quiet, and clean. The room had a good Wi-Fi and TV had Netflix. Check-in is done online by filling the form with all the information about quests. You will then get a code that works as a key. Since I didn't get this information from trip.com, I wrote directly to the hotel the night before and they answered very quickly and in good English. The only thing that we missed was air conditioning as the weather was really hot. Luckily it was possible to open the windows. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
