Amazing
LLaoyanzilisanHighly recommended! Although it's called an apartment, it's practically a hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fully equipped. There's an underground parking garage, but the garage door is inconspicuous, and it's a one-way street; you might drive past it just because you see the hotel sign, and you have to drive around to get in. The hotel is right next to a park, and you can walk to attractions like the aquarium.
GGuest UserLocation is superb! It’s within 5-10min walking distance from all the major historical landmarks of the city. It’s more of a self-service hostel, very spacious room with new amenities. There is washing machine and you can iron your clothes with the iron and ironing board provided. The only thing to note is that reception only opens during 9am to 7pm, so I’m not sure how someone would check-in if they arrive very early or very late.
SSunshineTDecent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
GGuest UserHotel is at a good location-one block to City of Arts and Science, a main attraction, three stops of Metro L10 to old city, and several stops of Bus 99 to beaches. Room equites with a kitchen so you can cook conveniently. There is no Frontdesk so you will be given an access code before 3pm after you check in online. Price is very reasonable. A good hotel to stay.
GGuest UserFantastic location. The flat is modern and clean. We stayed for 4 nights and we no issues. Communication is not the best however they an accommodated for us to check in a few hours early. Highly recommend this place.
TThomasPerfect location in the middle of old town. Quiet street. Apartment was clean and well equipped.
Noisy from neighbours late in the evening.
Cleaning lady didn't refill any toilet paper which forced us to go and buy.
Service when we brought things up with the hotel was good but slow. Reaction time quite slow despite 24 hour service. Attitude was good and they wanted to solve the problems.
MMakanlahThe hotel is in a residential area, it is an apartment with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and various tableware, as well as basic utensils such as olive oil, pepper and salt. There is a supermarket two steps downstairs, which is good quality and cheap. I have stayed in Europe for many days and have eaten enough meat and seafood. Chinese people want to eat vegetables the most, so I bought broccoli and cooked it in the supermarket downstairs, and also bought Italian cheese dumplings with pork stuffing. The room is much larger than the hotel. The accommodation party thoughtfully reserved laundry detergent, dishwasher supplies and extra garbage bags for washing clothes. There are also many restaurants near this hotel, but most of them are Latin American restaurants. The hotel needs to handle it online by itself, and then send a password to enter, and there is no service. Check-out is required at 11 am, so luggage storage is a problem. The entire geographical location is not close to the old city business district, and it is a little far from the conference center. You need to take a bus or Uber. It costs two yuan to take the bus, and you can pay with change or swipe your credit card. The only drawback is that all kinds of tableware are covered with dust, which means that daily cleaning is not paid much attention. The seventh floor is a platform with many seats. It is quite good for a few friends to have dinner together under the sunset. It is still very beautiful to look at the fruit trees full of oranges on the street and the fireworks in every household in the distance.
DDanielUKNot worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.
NNeon DrewI had a pleasant stay at Numa while I was visiting Valencia. Located in a nice area that had plenty of places to wat, see,do.
It’s a new concept where everything is automated, which I found easy to navigate, whether is getting new towels or refilling the coffee pods.
A no frills hotel, the room itself was very spacious especially for a solo traveller - although the room itself got had a much smaller window than what was shown in the pictures.
Of course, at the price, I wasn’t surprised that it had limited amenities but it would be nice to have a gym.
Overall, a good place to crash while visiting the city, no major negatives at all.
